Biden Regime Defies Constitution Like Never Before

The Biden administration is waging war against the Republican-led states who dare challenge the results of the 2020 election.

Republicans in Arizona have recently increased their efforts to determine and identify possible voter fraud in their state. An audit of the ballots, particularly in Maricopa County, is currently underway despite numerous attacks from state Democrats and now the federal government.

Biden-nominated Attorney General Merrick Garland told reporters that his Justice Department plans to review all election audits for alleged voter fraud, citing “abnormal reviewing methods” without naming the Arizona audit specifically.

“Some jurisdictions, based on disinformation, have utilized abnormal post-election audit methodologies that may put the integrity of the voting process at risk and undermine public confidence in our democracy,” Garland said.

The AG unveiled his plan to increase staff of the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department “within the next 30 days” in order to deal with these so called “abnormal review methods” in Republican-led states.

The news also comes as Republicans in Georgia increase their efforts to get to the bottom of exactly what took place in November 2020. Biden only narrowly inched out a “victory” in the state by about 10,000 votes.

Garland added, ” the Department Of Justice will publish guidance explaining the civil and criminal statutes that apply to post-election audits.”

However, Arizona Republican are not taking kindly to the federal government’s overreach, ignoring completely the separation between state and federal governments.

Chairwoman of the Arizona Republican Party fired back at Garland, taking to Twitter to voice her concern:

“You will not touch Arizona ballots or machines unless you want to spend time in an Arizona prison,” Republican State Senator Wendy Rodgers posted:

The Biden DOJ has already attempted to intervene in the audit of Maricopa County’s ballots, sending a letter in May to the president of the Arizona state Senate suggesting their recount was in some way against the law.

“We have a concern that Maricopa County election records, which are required by federal law to be retained and preserved, are no longer under the ultimate control of elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors, and are at risk of damage or loss,” wrote a DOJ official.

Meanwhile, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason disagreed with the DOJ’s assessment and ruled in favor of the Republicans’ effort to examine the results of the 2020 presidential election.

“The Arizona legislature clearly has the power to investigate and examine election reform matters,” the ruling said. “The Subpoenas also do not violate separation of powers principles. Production of the subpoenaed materials would not violate confidentiality laws.”

Additionally, President of the Arizona Senate rebuffed Garland, sending a pointed letter in response to his threats.

The Biden administration is working overtime to see to it that the truth remains concealed regarding the 2020 election results. If not, why would he instruct the DOJ to interfere in such a manner? If the results are legitimate, and voter fraud didn’t occur, then what exactly does Biden and the Democrats have to hide?
