Federal Judge Saves America From Biden’s Job-Killing Agenda

Biden’s job-killing Far-Left agenda has been temporarily stifled be a federal judge in Louisiana.

The ruling comes has devastating blow to the current administration’s plan to destroy America’s energy independence that Former President Trump worked so hard to establish.

The judge ruled that Biden’s administration does not have the legal right to stop leasing federal territory for oil-and-gas production without approval from Congress. The ruling comes as Biden immediately blocked all new oil-and-gas production on federally owned land — a move heralded by by Left-Wing environmentalists.

As a result of this extreme policy, the Biden administration was slapped with numerous lawsuits from multiple states, including:

  • Louisiana,
  • Alabama,
  • Arkansas,
  • Georgia
  • Mississippi
  • Missouri
  • Montana
  • Nebraska
  • Oklahoma
  • Texas
  • Utah
  • West Virginia

This comes as a significant set back to many of the promises made while Biden was on the campaign trail. Though he and Kamala wavered constantly about their support for fracking, they quickly made known their intention to comply with radical environmental activists.

In the process, the Biden administration is responsible for the loss of thousands of jobs in the oil-and-gas field, even admitting that was their plan all along. They “reassured” those unemployed by his policies that new jobs in the “green sector” would soon be available.

Officials who support American energy independence praised the decision as a victory for the rule of law, workers, and American citizens.

“Now is the time for the administration to put an end to this ‘import more oil’ policy that threatens American jobs and deprives state and local communities of much-needed revenue, all while likely increasing emissions and the risks of climate change.”

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry said the ruling was “a major win for the Constitution, for workers employed in the oil and gas industry and for all Americans who have felt pain at the pump.”

“This is a victory not only for the rule of law, but also for the thousands of workers who produce affordable energy for Americans,” Landry said. “We appreciate that federal courts have recognized President Biden is completely outside his authority in his attempt to shut down oil and gas leases on federal lands.”

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) said the ruling was “great news for Louisiana energy workers and their families!”

Rep. Jody Arrington (R-TX) responded to the news by saying that the ruling could “save a million jobs and preserve a safe and affordable supply of energy for all Americans.”
