Oops: Secretary Of State Admits Biden Is Totally Clueless

With each passing day, the situation in Afghanistan grows worse. Reports indicate that thousands of Americans are stranded in the foreign land as well as many Afghan allies. The Taliban is out to find these people and punish them for assisting the U.S.

The airport is overwhelmed, unable to get out those who want to flee. The State Department has been sending conflicting messages to Americans. At one point, they urged them to make it to the airport in Kabul, where they would find safe passage home. But they could not protect Americans on their way. Later, they told Americans not to go to the airport, as the roads there were being watched by terrorists.

Things are getting worse as violence breaks out across the country. It’s clear the Taliban is not interested in maintaining any sort of peace. Meanwhile, Joe Biden ignores the full scope of the crisis, making bold statements that are factually false. It has made some wonder if he really knows what is going on.

Recently, a Fox News host pressed Secretary of State Antony Blinken if Biden even knows what is happening in Afghanistan. The man largely responsible for what is happening to Americans refused to answer. Instead, he said something odd… twice.

Fox News host Chris Wallace repeatedly showed Blinken examples of things that Biden said during a press conference last week that were false, including the false claim that Al Qaeda was gone from Afghanistan and that U.S. allies have not questioned the administration’s credibility.

“Mr. Secretary, does the President not know what’s going on?” Wallace asked.

“This is an incredibly emotional time for many of us…” Blinken responded…

“The President said, Al Qaeda is gone. It’s not gone. The President said he’s not heard any criticism from the allies. There’s been a lot of criticism from the allies, words matter and the words of the President matter most.”

“Chris, all I can tell you is what I’ve heard,” Blinken said. “And again, this is an powerfully emotional time for a lot of allies and partners as it is for me, as it is for us.” [Source: Daily Wire]

What the hell was that? Wallace showed clear examples of Biden being factually wrong about Afghanistan. Some might conclude Biden was openly lying to the American public. But when the Fox News host asked Blinken if Biden is simply uninformed, the SoS refused to answer.

Instead, he said twice “this is an emotional time.” What does that mean? And that doesn’t answer anything he asked.

Emotional time? I expect our leaders to put aside their emotions so they can think clearly and make the right decisions. Was Blinken admitting that this administration is made up of babies that can’t handle a crisis?

We know this administration can’t handle a crisis. In fact, it has only created crises since forming and made existing crises worse.

But to try to divert from the facts with such a weak excuse is pathetic and inexcusable. Biden has made numerous unfactual claims since the fall of Afghanistan. He said that al Qaeda was not in the region, potentially working with the Taliban. That is not true. Biden even claimed that world leaders were not upset about the crisis. We know that is not true. The French President Macron was extremely upset and berated Biden, as did Angela Merkel and many British MPs.

What is Biden talking about? And why can’t his Secretary of State answer a question?

We knew this administration was made up of losers. But to not answer a simple question is the worst we’ve seen yet.
