Biden’s Radical Amnesty Plans Go Down In Flames

Democrats are running out of time to get their radical, un-American agenda through Congress. With each passing day, another disaster blasts a hole in Joe Biden’s already sunken credibility. His approval is in the 30s and Americans grow increasingly impatient over the man crises he’s created. To add to that, Biden and the left’s main goal in Congress is to expand socialism, increase taxes, and hammers our economy.

That’s not the kind of plan that will win Americans over.

Worse still, these leftists thought they could ram amnesty into a spending bill. Democrats rejected Donald Trump’s plans to provide a “path to citizenship” for many illegals living in America. But today, they just want to reward these people with amnesty, no strings attached.

On top of that, they wanted to get it done with zero votes from Republicans. But yesterday, they just got some bad news.

The Associated Press reported late on Sunday evening that the Senate parliamentarian has indicated that Democrats cannot include a pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens in the their massive $3.5 trillion social-spending bill.

“…budget reconciliation bills, which Democrats were using to avoid a filibuster, must be strictly fiscal in nature and can’t add to the deficit. It was believed that this push to add immigration to the bill was too policy driven.”

Pergram added that the key part from MacDonough’s decision was that including immigration as part of reconciliation “is further evidence that the policy changes of this proposal far outweigh the budgetary impact scored to it and it is not appropriate for inclusion in reconciliation.” [Source: Daily Wire]

Democrats, clearly drunk with what little power they have in D.C., really thought they could sneak an amnesty provision into what they claim is a budgetary bill. Biden’s massive and toxic $3.5 trillion spending package is hardly an “adjustment” to our government’s budget, but they are trying to get it through via “reconciliation.” All so they can avoid Republican voters.

It’s a pathetic and desperate move, one that invalidates our government’s democratic principles. But trying to shove amnesty in the same bill was going too far from the parliamentarian. Reconciliation is only supposed to happen when the Senate is dealing with a budget they already approved. Trying to add new spending is already a stretch (one some consider un-Constitutional).

But it seems Democrats think they can add anything to this bill and force it through. You have to realize how despicable they are behaving. They refuse to cooperate with Republicans on a deal that will help everyone. So, they are trying to force through a controversial bill with just 50 votes. A clear violation of government’s values of respecting the minority voice.

We’ve seen Democrats try to undermine every facet of our government and democracy, these days, just to get their way. They don’t care how much they damage, nor who they hurt (i.e.: the American people).

But at least we’re getting some good news. There is a limit to how much of their toxic agenda they can force through.

If they want amnesty, they are going to have to work with Republicans. But it’ll be a cold day in hell when that happens.
