Once upon a time, the streaming service Netflix could do no wrong. They were far ahead of everyone else, dominating online content and boasting a user base of millions. But they apparently betrayed all that goodwill users gave them by selling out to the radical left.
We have to mention that Barack and Michelle Obama work for Netflix, as do many of their former administration staff. Since they joined, Netflix has used its “original content” as Trojan horses for radical, far-left propaganda. They thought they were safe, despite complaints from users.
But a mass exodus is taking place as hundreds of thousands of subscribers ditched—with millions predicted to follow. What has been Netflix’s response? Change their agenda to win back users? Nope! Slash and burn, baby!
Netflix is continuing to lay off employees a week after the left-wing streamer stunned Wall Street by announcing it had lost 200,000 subscribers in the first quarter and expects to lose a staggering 2 million more in the months ahead…
The new layoffs come after Netflix eliminated a swath of its animation department earlier this week, getting rid of its director of creative leadership and development for original animation, Phil Rynda, along with some of his staff. [Source: Breitbart]
And that’s only the start. More projects are getting axed as the company scrambles to save money.
As consumers dump their Netflix subscriptions, the far-left streamer is reportedly stopping the production of two more animated kids’ series.
Dino Daycare, created by Jeff King, and the South Asian-inspired adventure Boons and Curses, created by Jaydeep Hasrajani, will not move forward at the streaming giant, according to a report by the Hollywood Reporter. [Source: Breitbart]
It seems like costly animated projects are getting cut first. Too bad Netflix refuses to ditch all series that push woke ideology onto unsuspecting viewers. Chances are, they’ll cut everything else to the bone so that they can keep pushing LGBT propaganda onto whoever is left watching.
Netflix should have seen this coming. But the arrogant company thought it could exploit its popularity with viewers to push ideas they knew wouldn’t be popular. And they are not alone. Disney is going all-in to push far-left ideas through all of its channels. From Marvel superhero movies to Star Wars, Disney will cram the same kind of toxic garbage onto children “of all ages.”
It’s not going to go well for any of these companies. As the adage goes, when you “go woke,” you “go broke.” Netflix is experiencing that now but except the same results for any company that tries to take advantage of customers to push politics.
