Delusional: Dem Rep Is ‘Very Confident’ Party Will Hold Onto Congress After Midterms

You don’t have to be a political expert to know that Democrats are in big trouble. All polling and signs point to a bloodletting in November. Voters will flock to the polls to tell Democrats just what they really think about their leadership.

Why is that? Because for over two years, Democrats have made Americans’ lives a living hell. State Democrats have shut down schools, businesses, and churches—forced Americans to get vaccinated or lose their jobs.

Democrats in the federal government have taken a good economy and destroyed it. They pushed a “stimulus” bill that triggered runaway inflation. They tried to destroy our elections and pass radical socialism. And recently, they rioted and threatened Supreme Court justices to protect abortion.

But if you asked Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, the Democratic Party is doing just fine!

Representative Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) said Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation” that he was “very confident” Democrats would be able to hold on to the majority in the House and Senate in the midterm elections this November…

MARGARET BRENNAN: I want to get to you on some of this poll data that you also heard here specifically young people, Hispanics and half of Black Americans say the president has been too slow to react. His ratings on effectiveness are low. Perceptions of competence are low. A majority of Democrats now say the economy is bad. How does your party hold on to the majority?

This guy is dumber than he looks. Hakeem Jeffries claims he is “very confident” that the corrupt Democratic Party will be able to hold onto their majority, despite 31 Democrats retiring at the end of this term.

He says this, even as he admits that voters are “unsettled,” and upset about COVID, inflation, high gas prices, Ukraine, and more. But he claims Democrats are going to win the day, because of Biden’s “successes.”

So, uh, what have been Joe’s successes? Hakeem can mention only one success, the American Recuse Plan. I’ll remind you, that bill flooded the country with over 1 trillion dollars, triggering massive inflation. So, not a win.

The Democrat then tries to take credit for “putting shots in arms.” Oh, you mean with vaccines Americans don’t trust (with which you threatened the jobs of over 100 million Americans) and are learning might not have been safe?

Also putting “kids back in school.” Yeah, that wasn’t Biden’s accomplishment. Kids are back in school because parents pressured local school boards. Fearing losing their jobs, school boards ignored corrupt teachers’ unions (who would still be out if they had their way) and reopened school.

Jeffries also tried to take credit for “8 million good paying jobs.” Yeah, I don’t think anyone considers waitressing jobs “good paying.” And most of those jobs were added in Republican-run states, anyway—which rejected Biden’s guidance and reopened quickly.

In blue states, people still refuse to go back to work thanks to Biden’s extended unemployment.

So, yeah, Democrats don’t have much to brag about. And will be trounced, come November.
