[WATCH] Former Trump Official Murders Bill Maher’s Jan. 6 Arguments

There aren’t many former Trump officials remaining that are willing to tell the truth about Jan. 6, 2021.

The truth is, Donald Trump never orchestrated a plot to overthrow the government because he didn’t receive the desired election results. The truth is, establishment figures in Washington D.C. are doing everything they can to prevent another Trump presidency. The truth is, Donald Trump did what every incumbent president would’ve done if the opposing party manipulated a global pandemic to unleash a series of fraudulent tactics used to install their candidate in the White House.

Period. End of story.

But as the American public is forced to endure a series of show trials put on by the Jan. 6 House Select Committee, a renewed interest in the event is causing many to finally see the truth.

Kellyanne Conway is one of the last remaining officials from the Trump administration who isn’t willing to throw the Former President under the bus.

Many former officials have run for cover in an effort to salvage what’s left of their political careers. Even Trump’s own daughter and son-in-law, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, who once sung the praises of Trump’s achievements, have essentially turned on the man who gave them political prominence in the first place.

Kellyanne Conway, however, is standing firm in her support for her former boss.

Conway appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher to defend Trump against baseless attacks stemming from the protests on Jan. 6.

She pointed out to Maher, as many of his supporters have as well, that the entire purpose of the committee is to prevent Donald Trump “from ever running again.”

Maher noted allegations of Trump’s incitement of the Capitol riot and comments about then-Vice President Mike Pence during his with Conway.

Maher and guest Josh Barro suggested the hearings may be a precursor to criminal prosecution by the Justice Department.

During the show’s “Overtime” segment, the 2016 Trump campaign manager and senior counselor to the former president reiterated that the Jan. 6 hearings are representative of a courtroom.

Conway noted that despite the production value of these show trials, the Committee doesn’t “have the balls” to subpoena Donald Trump himself. Instead, they hope to hide behind disgruntled ex-officials who’re desperate to distance themselves from this fight.

She added that regardless of what comes of the Jan. 6 committee’s efforts, the GOP nominee will be someone that runs on an “America First” agenda.
