In an outcome that surprised nobody, Wyoming Republicans resoundingly rejected anti-Trump RINO Liz Cheney in last week’s primaries. The congresswoman will soon lose her seat, the result of her going against her own party again and again.
Most people are calling the carpetbagger a “Republican in Name Only,” since she’s done nothing to help the party all this time. She voted for the left’s second impeachment. She joined Nancy Pelosi’s “J6 commission.” And she continued to defy the party, even when they aligned with Donald Trump.
And now, she’s proving she was a Democrat all along, by promising to support them in this year’s elections.
Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) said on Sunday that she will support the opponents of GOP candidates whom she deems “election deniers.” […]
“I’m going to be very focused on working to ensure that we do everything we can not to elect election deniers,” she said during the interview.
“We’ve got election deniers that have been nominated for really important positions all across the country,” she said. “I’m going to work against those people. I’m going to work to support their opponents.”
The remarks come after Cheney suffered a landslide loss in last week’s Wyoming GOP primary on Tuesday. Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman defeated her.
Hageman more than doubled Cheney’s totals in the Republican primary battle. With 99% of the vote reported, Hageman took 66.3% of the votes to Cheney’s 28.9%. [Source: Daily Wire]
“Election deniers,” huh? That’s her term for anyone who questions the obviously disgraceful 2020 Election results. Any Republican who has lingering doubts about the endless “irregularities” from Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and more is “denying” a deeply flawed and shocking election.
And, for that reason and that reason only, this so-called Republican will instead support Democrats.
You know, Democrats who exploited COVID in 2020 to allow mail-in ballots despite the fact they violated many state laws to help Joe Biden steal the election.
Democrats who worked with Biden to tank our energy sector, created runaway inflation, trigger a recession, sell-out Afghanistan to terrorists, raise taxes, and burned through our money.
These are the people Cheney wants elected to office. All because she can’t stand anyone who simply asks, “Hey, was 2020 a little bit… of?”
You don’t need me to tell you what’s going on, here. Cheney was never a true, conservative Republican. She’s not even a Wyomingian! She hails from Virginia, just a short trip from D.C. As a life-long swamp-dweller, she cheated Wyoming to get a seat in Congress. And she abused that seat to seek the approval of the D.C. swamp.
That’s why she hated Trump and why she turned on her own party. And that’s the real reason she’ll support Democrats in 2022—to ensure more crooks get elected (or stay in power).
The silver lining, of course, is that Americans hate her. Nobody cares what a RINO thinks. Especially people eager to vote Democrats out of office for tanking the country.
