At this point who really cares of Joe Biden is in Washington D.C, Delaware, or even the moon.
The man has virtually zero cognitive function, made perfectly clear each and every time he’s forced to speak in public.
Our mentally retarded president, riddled with dementia and other ailments, has overseen what could be the single greatest downfall the United States has ever seen — and in only one year! Quite the feat, actually.
From the onset of his 2020 presidential campaign, Biden rarely left his basement so it comes as no real shock that the “jokes” he makes in public reflect his affinity for Delaware.
On Thursday, Joe Biden “joked” (boasted) that he traveled back home to Delaware as much as possible during his presidency.
“Every time I get a chance, I go home to Delaware,” he said during a speech in Ohio. “You think I’m joking? I’m not.”

Biden is the first president in modern history to spend nearly all of his weekends away from the White House, most of them at home in Delaware.
“I represented Delaware for 36 years as United States senator,” Biden recalled, adding, “The good news is the bad news, everybody knows you.”
Although he is president of the United States, Biden has continued weekend his traveling routine by leaving the White House to visit his home. Many weekends he does not return to Washington, DC until the following Monday.
The president made 31 trips to Delaware in 2021, which was about 28% of his first year in office.
Remember all the flack Former President Trump received for his occasional trips to Florida?
Biden commented on his presidential travel during a visit to Lorain, Ohio to promote funding for environmental projects in the Great Lakes that was part of his infrastructure bill.
The cognitively deficient president ended his speech with remiss, claiming he wished more time could be spent in Ohio but “a little thing in Europe” was pulling him back to Washington D.C.
That “little thing” is obviously the diplomatic nightmare he caused in Ukraine.
Joe Biden is a f****** joke.
