For four long years, Democrats and their media allies insisted that Joe Biden was perfectly fit to lead the free world. They dismissed all concerns over his cognitive decline as conspiracy theories and misinformation. But now, as brave Republicans in Congress expose the shocking truth, it is clear that Biden’s presidency was little more than a facade—a mere rubber stamp wielded by unelected bureaucrats intent on imposing radical policies upon America.
This week, Democrats once again revealed their true colors and their fear of accountability. At Wednesday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Democrats boycotted rather than face the truth about Biden’s autopen presidency. They fled the room rather than listen to testimony detailing how an unelected cabal of ideologues and Biden family cronies abused presidential power, signing executive orders, pardons, and legislation without the president’s legitimate consent.
Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri nailed the Democrats’ cowardice perfectly, asking, “Where are they now? They don’t want to answer for any of those quotes now. They lied to us for four years, and we know they lied. They know they lied. It’s why they’re not here.”
As the hearing unfolded, revelations emerged that shook the very foundations of our constitutional republic. Former Trump administration official Theodore Wold testified that an unprecedented number of critical documents—including pardons for Biden family members, Anthony Fauci, and General Mark Milley—were signed by autopen, without proper authorization from Biden himself. Wold warned, “The risk of divorcing the president’s signature from his legitimate assent and endorsement was realized during the Biden years.”
“They lied to us for four years, and we know they lied. They know they lied.”
These revelations are not mere political theater, as Democrats would have you believe. They represent an insidious undermining of our Constitution and a betrayal of the American people’s trust. The Oversight Project, the watchdog group that first exposed this scandal, deserves credit for pulling back the curtain on this shadow presidency. Their president, Mike Howell, told Blaze News, “If we, as a nation, can’t tell the world who was running the White House for four years, then we have more than a ‘threat to democracy.’”
“In June 2022, the Biden White House began deploying the autopen to sign clemency warrants and executive orders in July of 2022. Autopen use skyrocketed from there,” said Wold. “We found that of the 51 clemency warrants issued during the Biden presidency, over half — 32 in total — were signed with an autopen.”
The implications of this autopen abuse are staggering. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas asked directly whether legislation signed by a staffer without the president’s authorization was even legitimate law. Wold’s answer was chillingly clear: “No.”
America deserves answers. Senator Eric Schmitt of Missouri has pledged to pursue a Special Access Request to uncover documentation of these abuses. “We need to get those documents,” Senator Hawley emphasized, and he’s absolutely right. Every American citizen, regardless of party, should demand transparency and accountability for this unprecedented constitutional crisis.
Wold himself called for severe legal repercussions, declaring, “Those who received autopen pardons should be charged for the crimes they were pardoned for. Those who operated the autopen without the direction of the president should be charged with potential crimes ranging from impersonation of an official to forgery.”
The Democrats’ refusal to engage in this investigation speaks volumes about their priorities. Senator Peter Welch of Vermont complained, “Congress could instead be discussing climate change, health care, the possible war with Iran, and America’s debt.” But what Welch and his colleagues fail to grasp—or intentionally ignore—is that none of these issues can be properly addressed if our nation’s highest office has been hijacked by an unelected, unaccountable shadow government.
President Trump warned us months ago on Truth Social, calling this autopen abuse “TREASON at the Highest Level,” and he was exactly right. The American people elected a president—not a committee, not staffers running amok, and certainly not a rubber stamp machine.
It’s now clear: Biden’s presidency was a dangerous charade. Republicans in Congress must continue their investigations relentlessly and expose every detail of this betrayal. America’s constitutional order demands nothing less.
