Explosive Senate Hearing Exposes Full Extent Of Fauci’s Lies

Explosive Senate Hearing Exposes Full Extent Of Fauci’s Lies

Enough is enough. Why aren’t more Republican lawmakers standing at Sen. Rand Paul’s side and demanding the immediate resignation of Anthony Fauci?

During a Senate hearing on Thursday, Fauci showed the American people exactly what he stood for: lies, fraud, manipulation, and word chopping.

The heated exchange between Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul and Dr. Anthony Fauci began as Paul exposed Fauci for his his eleventh-hour redefining of ‘gain of function’ research, which enabled the Wuhan Institute of Virology to conduct experiments on the coronavirus that’s infected nearly the entire planet.

Fauci is seeking desperately to conceal the amount of taxpayer dollars he granted to the Wuhan Lab to run ongoing experiments on COVID-19, which eventually wreaked havoc after it leaked from the China lab.

Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky demanded Dr. Anthony Fauci resign as head of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for refusing to admit his agency funded gain of function research in Wuhan prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Paul highlighted recent revelations about the NIAID’s activities in Wuhan, notably National Institutes of Health Principal Deputy Director Lawrence Tabak’s Oct. 20 letter to EcoHealth Alliance, Fauci’s shell corporation to funnel money to Wuhan.

The letter called out out EcoHealth for failing to immediately notify the NIAID that it created a lab-generated chimeric coronavirus with the Wuhan Institute of Virology between June 2018 and May 2019 that was more deadly than the natural virus it was crafted from.

Paul asked, “When the new virus gained in lethality it became a new, more lethal virus. That’s not gain of function?”

To which Fauci responded, “According the the definition that is currently operable, no.”

What a slime ball!

He’s using ever-changing esoteric science jargon in an effort to obfuscate the truth, hoping the American people won’t catch on. Turns out, Fauci, you can’t just change definitions to get out of crimes. Murder is still murder, no matter who commits it. Gain of function research is still gain of function research, no matter who funds it.

Paul accused Fauci of “trying to cover his ass.”

The heated exchange didn’t cool down, and Paul eventually demanded Fauci’s resignation.

Fauci said he disagreed with “so many of the things” Paul said in his questioning.

Despite his colleague’s letter, Fauci and the NIH maintain that the research they funded at the Wuhan Institute of Virology did not involve gain of function research.

Fauci and the NIH also maintain that it is “molecularly impossible” for the viruses that EcoHealth and the Wuhan Institute of Virology were tinkering with to have turned into the virus that causes COVID-19.

The NIH website now contains a section containing a definition for “enhanced potential pandemic pathogen (ePPP) research,” which provides more wiggle room for the NIH to fund gain of function research without subjecting it to federal regulation and insight.

Rutgers University Professor Richard Ebright railed against the NIAID for taking EcoHealth at face value.

“The NIH, in effect, delegated to EcoHealth Alliance the authority to determine whether its research was, or was not gain of function research subject to the funding pause, the authority to set criteria for the determination, and the authority to over-ride federal policies implemented by the White House in 2014-2017 and by HHS in 2017-present,” Ebright said.

Meanwhile, liberals have continued to defend Fauci despite the plethora of evidence exposing his every lie. Fauci’s popularity is, however, waning with a majority of American people. His days are numbered — and he knows it.
