International Respect? Foreign Leaders Won’t Take Biden’s Calls

At the exact moment when the United States is beholden to oil-rich foreign leaders, it appears they’re all telling Biden to “shove it!”

The total destruction of America’s energy independence has caused an economic ripple effect felt entirely by average Americans who rely on low gas prices to get to work and feed their families.

The Biden administration has cut off all oil and natural gas imports from Russia following a brutal military invasion into Ukraine, which would ordinarily be fine expect Biden has depleted our ability to produce oil to balance out the loss from Russia.

Meanwhile, the Biden administration has begun negotiations with Venezuela, Iran, and Saudi Arabia in an effort to soften the blow on gas prices after cutting off Russian oil. The deals involve removing sanctions from some of the most brutal terrorists.

Unfortunately for your everyday American, however, negotiations have come to a standstill.

Leaders from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have reportedly refused to take phone calls from Joe Biden during the Ukraine crisis, after he snubbed them repeatedly during the first year of his administration.

The Saudis and Emiratis have refused to help Biden expand oil production to ease rising gas prices and make up for diminished Russian oil imports, and have cited a number of grievances with Biden.

The reported refusal of these key U.S. allies in the Arab world contradicts Biden’s repeated claim to have restored American diplomacy — “America is back!” — after what he claims were the dark and isolated years of the Trump administration.

Lest we forget, the Trump administration brokered historic peace deals in the Middle East which opened up economies in that region to do business with historically hostile pro-Israel countries.

Biden first month in office was dedicated to punishing any country for working closely with President Donald Trump, including Saudi Arabia.

In his first week in office, Biden suspended arms sales to Saudi Arabia and the UAE that were thought to be part of the background to both countries’ support for the Abraham Accords, a series of peace deals between Israel and Arab states.

Later, Biden reversed a Trump administration decision to offer an exemption to aluminum tariffs for the UAE.

Moreover, Biden has doggedly pursued a renewed version of the Iran nuclear deal, which is strenuously opposed by Israel and the Sunni Arab states, because it would eventually allow Iran to emerge as a nuclear power when the deal terms expire.

So as we face economic ruin and skyrocketing gas prices, oil-rich nations are returning the favor for Biden. Almost as if by design, the American economy will be forced into a radical left ‘green’ transformation and the Biden administration will use Russia as a scapegoat.
