Jan. 6 Witch Hunt Committee Cancels Upcoming Show Trial

As the American public tunes out of the primetime Jan. 6 show trials, lack of ratings isn’t the only setback the House Select Committee is experiencing.

Due to logistical difficulties, the Jan. 6 Committee has decided to postpone Wednesday’s show trial as the team struggles to edit together non-existent evidence of Trump’s supposed criminal activity pertaining to the 2020 presidential election.

“There’s no big deal, but I’ll tell you the putting together the video and exhibits is an exhausting exercise for our very small video staff,” said committee member Rep. Zoe Lofgren.

When asked why the Committee needed to postpone, Rep. Lofgren added: “So we’re trying to give the team a little room to do their technical work, is mainly it.”

The next hearing is now scheduled for Thursday.

Reasonings aside, the Committee is in total shambles after its primetime hearings failed to resonate with American viewers. Members have also shown inconsistency in their recommendations following the hearings, with some voicing support for criminal referrals, and others not.

“When the hearings are complete, we will have those conversations,” one Committee member said.

The committee has held two public hearings, one in prime time last week and the second on Monday morning. Networks claim 20 million viewers tuned into last week’s primetime show trial, but many have since disputed that figure. Monday’s trial produced significantly less viewership as the American public literally and figuratively changes the channel on the Jan. 6 hysteria.

The trials were immediately discredited for having a massive anti-Trump bias.

Zero credible evidence of voter fraud was presented despite its growing abundance. The Committee showed highly deceptive and deceitfully edited video “evidence” of Trump’s supposed wrongdoing instead.

Disgruntled ex-Trump officials were seen on-screen throwing their former boss under the bus only to salvage what’s left of their abysmal political careers.

Trump responded in what can only be called an epic political dissertation discrediting the Committee’s entire argument. Clocking in at 12 pages, Trump excoriated the Committee while issuing several warnings about the state of our country.

“Our nation is SUFFERING,” the statement began.
