It’s imperative that Republicans demand the exact same level of ‘disavowal’ Democrats often demand when things turn ugly.
The Democrats are constantly squealing about Donald Trump and the Republicans not doing enough to quell the unrests that exist amongst many conservative Americans. As a result, Democrats have even launched an investigation against the Former President for his supposed role in inciting the protests on Jan. 6.
However, during the Black Lives Matter riots two summers ago and the pro-abortion terrorism happening now, Democrats find themselves in a unique position. For political reasons, they must not condemn the overlying message of these domestic terrorists. By doing so, they eliminate the young, college vote. However, if they refuse to speak out against the harassment, the destruction of public property, or the intimidation used against Supreme Court justices, they will seem complacent.
To combat this hypocrisy, the Biden administration is dancing around the issue in a series of cleverly-worded statements sent out by the outgoing press secretary, Jen Psaki.
Biden himself has not released a statement.
This sends a clear message to rioters and domestic terrorists that the federal government does not intend to deploy enforcement tactics to quell the violent unrest.
On Monday, Biden even held a White House event in the Rose Garden on affordable internet access and signed a Ukraine aid bill in the Oval Office without mentioning the public threats to the Supreme Court justices.
The Washington, DC area home addresses of the originalist Supreme Court justices were published online last week, as calls for protests escalated among left-wing supporters of abortion.
On Saturday night, roughly 100 people marched one the home of Justice Brett Kavanaugh in Maryland as well as the home of Chief Justice John Roberts.
“We’re about to get doomsday, so I’m not going to be civil to that man at all,” one protestor told a reporter.
Leftist group ShutDown DC has also scheduled a protest at the home of Samuel Alito on Monday night.
Justice Samuel Alito, who wrote the draft opinion, was reportedly relocated with his family from their home to an undisclosed location. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett have also been singled out by activists for their legal views.
Jen Psaki has since released a statement condemning the protestors’ use of intimidation and harassment following the leaked draft opinion, but some conservatives don’t believe the condemnation goes far enough.
.@POTUS strongly believes in the Constitutional right to protest. But that should never include violence, threats, or vandalism. Judges perform an incredibly important function in our society, and they must be able to do their jobs without concern for their personal safety.

“Look, I think the President’s view is that there’s a lot of passion,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said last week when asked about the safety of the Supreme Court justices.
Meanwhile, leading conservative Senator Josh Hawley has exposed the clever White House rhetorical tricks when “condemning” pro-abortion terrorists.
The White House is playing word games.
Biden needs to clearly condemn the mob for *showing up at private homes* at night (with kids present) to intimidate the Justices.
This intimidation is unlawful and unamerican. https://t.co/LDrX3Zq7CR
