Persecution for the Rittenhouse murder trial is official destroyed and liberals are stark raving mad about it.
The trial judge has been no fan of the persecutors, all of which are seeking life in prison for Kyle Rittenhouse, who killed two men and injured another in an act of self defense. He’s repeatedly called out their derisive actions in court as they attempt to smear Rittenhouse as a teen murderer. Prosecutors even attempted to violate Rittenhouse’s rights of silence in a line of questioning which caused outrage in the judge.
Judge Scolding The Prosecution In The Rittenhouse Case
“The problem is this is a grave constitutional violation for you to talk about the Defendant’s silence.”

To make matters even worse for prosecution, the judge dismissed a count of possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18, a misdemeanor that had appeared to be among the likeliest of the charges to obtain a conviction against Rittenhouse.
On Monday, the court room was in shocking silence as the judge announced the dismissal of the weapons charge against Rittenhouse shortly before closing arguments.
The judge in the trial of #KyleRittenhouse has dismissed one of the charges against the defendant.
Rittenhouse will no longer face an underage weapons charge in connection with the shooting.

The judge proceeded to address the jury, explaining the charges and the laws of self-defense. After that, the two sides were expected to deliver closing arguments, the final word before the jury was to begin deliberations.
If convicted, Kyle Rittenhouse faces a mandatory sentence of life in prison for first-degree intentional homicide.
The underage weapon charge was punishable by up to nine months in jail.
Kyle Rittenhouse traveled to Kenosha as left-wing domestic terrorists were in the process of burning the city down. He claims he was there to help protect private property. Video shows the men shot by Rittenhouse aggressively approaching the teenager, to which Kyle responded by opening fire.
The prosecution’s own witnesses – and immense video footage – supports Rittenhouse’s self defense claims.
Meanwhile, liberals, as per usual, have injected race into the trial, making it a black-and-white case for white supremacy.
The chances are high of a Rittenhouse acquittal, a decision that will likely cause another mass rioting event by left wing domestic terrorists.
