Judge Grants Trump MAJOR VICTORY in Fight Against Radicalized DOJ

The case against Donald Trump is slowly but surely eroding right in front of the Democrats’ eyes.

The ‘kill shot’ they hoped would permanently end Trump’s political aspirations and possibly put him behind bars has failed after a judge on Saturday granted the Former President a major victory.

U.S. District Judge from the Southern District of Florida Aileen M. Cannon announced her “preliminary intent” to appoint a special master to review the supposedly classified documents taken from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

The FBI raid on Trump’s home was unprecedented and unnecessary, and this judge is getting to the bottom of it.

Cannon said she agreed with Trump and his lawyers on the appointment after reviewing the case, according to the motion. She ordered the Department of Justice (DOJ) to file a response on appointing a special master and providing a “more detailed” list of seized items by August 30. A hearing is scheduled to be held Thursday in West Palm Beach, Florida to deliberate the matter.

Special masters are commonly appointed to review disputed documents, particularly those protected under attorney-client privilege, according to the New York Times.

The current Receipt of Property details that 20 boxes of documents and four sets of top secret material were retrieved by the FBI — all of which Trump claimed to have declassified himself.

The heavily-redacted DOJ affidavit suggests that Trump is hoarding highly-classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, and thus should be investigated for violations to the Espionage Act.

The judge ordered the Justice Department to indicate the status of their review on the documents and include its “respective and particularized positions” on the responsibilities of a special master.

The DOJ has currently been reviewing the documents under a “taint” or “filter” team to identify which material fell under attorney-client privilege.

Trump’s legal team is currently arguing that the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago in fact violated the Former President’s constitutional rights.

“President Trump, like all citizens, is protected by the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Property seized in violation of his constitutional rights must be returned forthwith,” Trump’s initial filing read.

Donald Trump and other America First lawmakers have since vowed to gut the FBI if congressional majorities are won back in November.

Meanwhile, liberals are having a completely normal reaction to the judge’s ruling.
