This is coming from the man who once told President Trump to “put his big boy pants on” and accept the results of the 2020 presidential election!
Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenny says that President Trump needs to “put his big boy pants on and he needs to acknowledge the fact that the lost…”

Democrats are beginning to realize the errors in their progressive ways as violent crime usurps America’s largest cities, which are all completely controlled by liberals.
Instead of changing course and increasing police presence on the street, Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney is throwing in the towel and blaming the U.S. Constitution.
Meanwhile, there’s no secret to cleaning up a crime-ridden city — just ask Rudy Giuliani! As Mayor of New York City, Giuliani used taxpayer money to beef up policing on the most crime-addled streets while also launching legal attacks against organized crime families. This resulted in a city with historically low crime rates and a bustling economy.
Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney said Tuesday that he will be happy when he leaves office, just one day after a shooting injured two police officers during the city’s Fourth of July festivities.
Kenney, a Democrat elected in 2015, said the recent increase in gun violence across the country has left him constantly worried about shootings occurring at major city events.
The Mayor of Philadelphia literally responded to the shooting last night by saying that “I’ll be happy when I’m not mayor and can enjoy some stuff.”

Kenney went on to blame the U.S. Constitution and the Supreme Court for an uptick in gun violence. He failed to acknowledge that a lack of police presence could be to blame for the crime wave hitting Democrat-controlled cities.

But the comments attracted backlash from some lawmakers, with even some members of his own party calling on him to resign.
Monday’s shooting in Philadelphia, one of two high-profile mass shootings that occurred in the United States that day, took place outside the city’s art museum. Two officers were wounded after they were grazed by bullets on their heads and shoulders. Both officers were released Tuesday morning, Kenney tweeted.
Philadelphia saw 267 homicides this year, as of Monday. However, the city has seen a decrease in homicides this year, with a 5% decline from Jan. 1 to July 4 as compared to the same figures year to date in 2021, according to police data.
So let’s get this straight: A Democrat official will impose the most ridiculous liberal initiatives, like defunding the police, and, upon realizing its harrowing effects, runs away like a scared baby?
