Portland, Oregon, has once again shown the world what happens when common sense is thrown out the window and replaced with radical leftist chaos. Over the weekend, a group of so-called “protesters” decided the best way to speak out against law and order was to strip down and ride their bicycles naked through the city streets. That’s right — fully grown adults, parading around in nothing but socks and hats, chanting against President Trump and our federal troops, all under the guise of “peaceful protest.”
These aren’t your average citizens standing up for rights. This is a circus — a shameful display that mocks the very foundation of this country. Instead of respecting our laws and protecting their community, these protesters are riding around in the rain, naked, sipping tea, and waving signs against the deployment of the National Guard. Why? Because President Trump dared to try and restore order in a city that has been plagued by lawlessness for years.
Let’s be clear: the President’s attempt to send in the National Guard isn’t tyranny. It’s leadership. Portland has become a symbol of what happens when left-wing politicians and activist judges hand the streets over to the mob. Federal officers at the city’s ICE facility have faced daily harassment, property destruction, and violence — all while local leaders refuse to lift a finger. And when President Trump finally steps in to help? The protesters throw a tantrum and take off their clothes.
Here’s the reality: these people are not interested in peaceful protest. They are interested in spectacle. They dress up in unicorn suits and banana costumes. They call their nudity a form of “joyful resistance.” But what they’re really doing is showing contempt for decency, for authority, and for the men and women who risk their lives every day to uphold the law.
Watch for yourself:
This is what the radical left has become. They no longer even try to hide their contempt for this country. They don’t wave American flags — they wave rainbow flags and ride bicycles in the nude. They don’t want stronger borders or safe streets. They want chaos, they want control, and they want to shame anyone who dares to stand in their way.
President Trump’s efforts to deploy the National Guard to Portland were temporarily halted by an activist judge, once again showing how the courts have been weaponized by the left to stop the executive branch from doing its job. But the case is moving to an appeals court, and we can only hope they will uphold the President’s authority to protect American cities from destruction.
Let’s call this what it is: an embarrassment. Not just for Portland, but for the country. We are a nation founded on liberty, not lunacy. The Founders did not fight a revolution so that grown adults could ride naked through the streets in protest of law enforcement. They fought for freedom, yes — but also for order, for morality, and for a government that defends its citizens.
The American people are watching. We see the absurdity. We see the disrespect. And we’re fed up. It’s time to take our cities back from this madness. It’s time to restore sanity and order. And it’s time to stand with a President who refuses to bow to the mob.
In the end, the choice is simple: Do we want a country run by naked anarchists and rogue judges, or do we want a nation governed by law, grounded in truth, and defended by brave men and women in uniform?
I think we all know the answer.
