How could he do this with a straight face?
On Wednesday, much to the surprise of every American, Joe attacked gas stations, urging them to bring down gas prices as Americans struggle under the fiscal policies of the Biden administration.
“To the companies running gas stations and setting those prices at the pump, this is a time of war, global peril, Ukraine,” he said.
“These are not normal times. Bring down the price you are charging at the pump to reflect the cost you are paying for the product,” Biden said. “Do it now. Do it today.”

Realizing the Vladimir Putin excuse no longer works for the American public, Biden actually had the gall to attack small businesses struggling to stay afloat amid a recessionary period and a hostile administration.
Biden demonstrated in his address a fundamental misunderstanding as to how actual businesses are run. Independent gas stations, like every other mom-and-pop shop, must make a profit in order to pay employees and maintain operations.
Simply lowering the price on the sign does nothing for the American consumer and in fact, would wreak more havoc on the market.
Not everyone can profit off their influence in the federal government, Joe!
On multiple occasions, as recently as Monday, the Biden administration has admitted that high gas prices should result in the total transformation of the U.S. economy into a ‘green new deal’ globalist monstrosity.
Energy Sec. Jennifer Granholm has urged Americans to purchase electric vehicles as soon as possible if they wish to bypass the fallout from high gas prices.
That’s a big ask from an administration whose policies make it unnecessarily difficult to make a living.
You can watch his full address below — if you can stomach it:
He then implied that Americans can either choose higher gas prices or deal with Putin’s “iron fist” in Europe — a very easy choice for a majority of Americans.
“Are you saying we would rather have low gas prices in America than Putin’s iron first in Europe?” he asked.

The resounding answer online from Republicans and Democrats alike was a resounding “YES!”
The American people simply are not buying Biden’s lies any longer.
According to the most recent polling, 11% of Americans blame Putin for high gas prices, while 52% blame Biden.
Let’s hope that 52% remembers what this administration has done before entering the voting booth.
