New Press Sec. Reacts After Democrats Abandon Decrepit Joe Biden

Joe Biden’s latest diversity hire isn’t delivering the goods.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is struggling to resonate with the American people as she clearly struggles through multiple questions about Joe Biden’s mental and physical fitness.

On Monday, she bungled Joe Biden’s reelection announcement during a daily press briefing, only to make matters much worse later during a CNN interview, and even worse when she was forced to clarify her statement on social media.

The new White House press secretary was asked for clarification after Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez declined to endorse a Biden 2024 campaign last weekend, pending scrutiny of his “vision.” Ocasio-Cortez’s reluctance to endorse Biden coincides with the president’s lackluster approval ratings and his delay in keeping 2020 policy promises, including measures to mitigate climate change and student loan forgiveness.

“The president, as you know, has been asked that question many times, and he has answered it,” press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters Monday.

Other Democrats, such as former President Barack Obama’s chief political strategist David Axelrod and bipartisan White House adviser David Gergen, have raised concerns about Biden’s age. Biden, 79, would be 82 for his hypothetical second inauguration. He would be 84 at his second term’s conclusion.

The press secretary appeared on CNN in an interview with Don Lemon directly after her daily briefing. She was offended that Lemon dare ask if Biden is mentally or physically capable of doing the job for another four years.

Later, Jean-Pierre felt the need to clarify her previous statements on Biden’s reelection despite discrediting the initial question as ‘already been answered’.

If Biden “has been asked that question many times,” then why the need to clarify his answer on social media after a reporter already asked the question?

Could it be that Jean-Pierre is unable (or unwilling) to communicate these points in a way that isn’t so obviously hammered through the White House machine?

Perhaps the Biden administration should alter its hiring practices and begin employing individuals with actual skill and not just cheap diversity points.

Regardless of Jean-Pierre’s ability to deliver Joe Biden’s sentiments regarding his reelection, the American voter is increasingly skeptical that the cognitively deficient president can even make it to the next presidential race.

Comparing his energy and general physical appearance with that of any potential GOP candidate – including Donald Trump – it’s obvious that Republicans have a distinct advantage going into 2024.
