Pope Takes Shot at Abortion-Loving ‘Catholic’ Joe Biden

Joe Biden has gone on the record with his support for abortion. If he had it his way, a radical abortion on demand bill in Congress would have been signed into law a long time ago. In the wake of the Supreme Court overturning Roe, Biden has defied the court with an executive order. And he continues to push Congress to pass a bill that “codifies” Roe v. Wade.

Yet, at the same time, this man claims to be a devout Catholic. The Catholic Church, along with millions of its followers, have long renounced abortion. A few cardinals have recently refused to give Communion to pro-abortion Democrats. And even the pope is calling out Joe’s inconsistent agenda.

The Catholic faith opposes abortion.

President Joe Biden supports abortion, but says he’s a Catholic.

Confused? You’re not alone. So is Pope Francis…

The Holy Father first cited science as affirming “a month after conception, the DNA of the fetus is already there, and the organs are aligned. There is human life.”

As for Biden, Pope Francis said that’s for him to square with himself. “I leave it to [President Biden’s] conscience and that he speaks to his bishop, his pastor, his parish priest about that incoherence,” the Pope said.

Pope Francis stated the Catholic Church’s anti-abortion stance in a recent interview. Instead of using Scripture, he referenced some apparently scientific data to support his claims. He said the “DNA of the fetus” is already present after one month (four weeks) and the organs “are aligned.” According to that reasoning, the pope maintained that “there is human life.”

This comes from a pope who, in recent years, upset many Catholics with his seemingly progressive agenda. He appears to be more concerned with climate change and helping migrants than preaching the Gospel. But he must have won over many Catholics with this claim. And he called out Joe Biden’s “incoherence” with the church.

It doesn’t seem possible for a man to profess allegiance with a church that so strongly opposes abortion. This isn’t a minor issue, either. Catholics are some of the most devout pro-life Americans you’ll ever find.

And, on the other side, Biden has become almost militant in his vocal support of abortion on demand.

Something’s got to break. And if American bishops and cardinals want to uphold the pope’s own views, they’ll have to do something about Biden. Either he drops his abortion agenda or recants the Catholic religion.

Which one do you think he’ll do first?
