Team Trump Makes Incredible Progress In Re-taking Congress

Team Trump Makes Incredible Progress In Re-taking Congress

According to a recent survey, Republican Herschel Walker of Georgia is closing the gap on incumbent Senator Raphael Warnock in the fight for the U.S. Senate in the Peach Tree State.

According to the Insider Advantage/Fox 5 survey, Warnock has dropped four points while Walker has gained two since July. Warnock is now behind the former Georgia football player 47% to 44%.

“Warnock is doing well with elders and younger people, but he does poorly with those aged 40 to 64. Males support Walker 60%, while females back Warnock 55%,” according to InsiderAdvantage Chairman Matt Towery’s comments on Fox 5. African American respondents back Walker by 12%, according to the poll.

Towery foresaw the possibility of a second run-off election in Georgia.

There are just 4% of voters who are still uncertain, and he said, “Given that there seem to be few points across the different demographics up for grabs, this race could well be going to a General Election runoff.”

In a run-off election in 2020, when no candidate received more than 50% of the vote, Warnock beat then-Republican Senator Kelly Loeffler.

In a comparable survey conducted by Emerson College in late August, Walker and Warnock are separated by 46 to 44%.

Walker leads Warnock 66% to 25% among urban voters while Raphael Warnock leads Walker by 58% to 24% among voters in rural areas. According to a press release from Spencer Kimball, director of Emerson College Polling, “Walker is winning the suburbs by a nine-point margin, 50% to 41%.”

Earlier this week, Walker unveiled a ferocious new advertisement in which he attacked his Democratic pastor rival for his racial remarks as well as recent language from other Democratic Party members.

Walker said in the advertisement that “Senator Warnock thinks America is a horrible nation full of racist individuals. I think that our nation is wonderful, and that its people are kind. Warnock wants to break us apart. I’m trying to unite us.”

Walker has lately campaigned with prominent national GOP officials including former UN ambassador Nikki Haley and has received the support of former president Donald J. Trump.

Trump said in response to the most recent survey, “Herschel is looking good—a brilliant light for Georgia.”

“It’s a beautiful day in Georgia,” tweeted Haley. “@HerschelWalker is the senator to vote for if you want a leader who is strong on crime, puts parents in control of their children’s education, and understands the value of money.”

Walker, on the other hand, has persisted in linking Warnock to President Joe Biden, who is still very unpopular.

Walker tweeted on Friday while posting pictures of his campaign visit with Haley, “Warnock and Biden have delivered us nothing but division and disaster. That will change when I go to Washington.”
