Along with Kinney County Sheriff Brad Coe, a Texas rancher filed a lawsuit against the DHS under Biden, citing the record amount of illegal immigrant invaders that the Biden administration has enabled.
In an effort to have a federal judge halt the majority of the Biden regime’s policies at the southern border between the United States and Mexico, the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) issued a lawsuit on behalf of Michael Vickers, who is a veterinarian with a 1,000-acre ranch.
Executive director of IRLI Dale Wilcox said, “By this point, it is plainly evident to everybody that the Biden administration has purposefully wrecked border security so he can flood the nation with as many illegals as possible.” “This is brazen disobedience of the Constitution, not merely a failure of policy or a simple legislation infraction.”
According to the lawsuit, the Biden administration has “knowingly adopted many immigration policies… that encourage and aid the release of record amounts of illegals into the country while also preventing the removal of most aliens who are unlawfully here in the United States.”
The complaint names Biden’s parole pipeline, which since the start of 2023 has admitted over 1.2 million migrants into the United States. The migrants who have arrived this way have done so via commercial flights and border crossings.
The lawsuit included the following information:
Plaintiff Vickers’ ranch has suffered significant damage as a result of the defendants’ lax parole and non-enforcement practices. Defendants’ practices have resulted in the release of tens of thousands of illegals into the interior, who then traverse Plaintiff’s ranch’s cross-country grasslands. When aliens walk through the property, they often break gates or fences worth thousands of dollars. Plaintiff Vickers has paid more than $50,000 in damages for gates and fences alone since the start of 2021. Additionally, the plaintiff victims have paid thousands of dollars to lessen environmental harm.”
“Aliens also litter and leave piles of rubbish behind as they travel over Plaintiff’s property, endangering livestock’s access to water and food.” For example, in the case of Plaintiff Vickers, the autopsies of cows revealed that plastic bags and rubbish had lodged in their rumen or big stomach. Additionally, cattle are able to flee through gates and fences that illegal aliens have destroyed.”
Vickers mentioned in the complaint that he and his spouse keep protection dogs on their property. According to a report by Breitbart News’ John Binder, their canines have apprehended hundreds of illegal aliens who have trespassed on their land. These individuals include members of various criminal groups, including the Mexican Mafia, the MS-13 gang, the Puro Tango Blast gang, and Hermanos de Pistoleros Latinos.
The case made clear that plaintiffs “must always be armed with a handgun and rifle in order to feel comfortable owing to the existence of criminal groups supporting illegal migration.” because of the harsh reality of illegal alien invaders traveling through their land on a regular basis.
Wilcox concluded, “We hope the court terminates these programs, awards an injunction, and views Biden’s assault on the laws he should be upholding as the constitutional crime that it is.”
The Southern District of Texas U.S. District Court case Vickers v. Biden, No. 2:24-cv-00169, is in question.
By allowing the Great Replacement, the Biden administration is committing the gravest kind of treason against white Americans. While this lawsuit is long overdue, taking action against our traitorous ruling class also necessitates far broader steps.
Long-term, both relieving these individuals of the responsibility of higher positions and guaranteeing their imprisonment for enabling the Great Replacement are the objectives here.
