Donald Trump Jr. is mad that the Biden-Harris Justice Department released what they said was Ryan Wesley Routh’s letter, which he says is punishment aimed at his father.
“What the heck? Why is Kamala’s DOJ telling everyone that Ryan Wesley Routh has a prize on my dad’s head?” Don Jr. asked.
A witness said they got the letter from Routh in a box months ago, but they didn’t open it until after the failed September 14 killing attempt.
Addressed to everyone, one of the letters in the box revealed that Routh’s recent acts were, in fact, an attempt to kill former President Donald Trump. In the message, Routh also made an offer of $150,000 to anyone who can “finish the job.”
The letter says, “This was an attempt to kill Donald Trump, and I’m so sorry I let you down.”
“I did my best and had all the courage I could muster. Now it is up to you to finish the job, and I will pay $150,000 to the person who does it,” the message says.
“Everyone in the world, young and old alike, knows that Trump is not fit to be president of the United States. It also says that U.S. leaders should at least live up to the moral standards of America by being kind, caring, and generous and always standing up for people.”
The difference is noticeable because the Biden-Harris DOJ has seemed slow in the past to share suspects’ manifestos.
The news comes at the same time that Florida is still looking into the second attempt to kill Trump, even though Gov. Ron DeSantis has said that the federal government is not cooperating.
The person in question, Ryan Routh, may have broken Florida law. That’s why we need to look into this. “We have a job to bring the right charges and tell the public how this happened,” DeSantis said, officially handing over the case to the Office of Statewide Prosecutor at the direction of Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody (R).
