Establishment conservatives and liberals alike all have one thing in common: a reflexive hatred for Donald Trump.
In their one-track minds, they are unable to see his genius-level humor and unmistakable ability to expose the truth. Trump makes no distinction between Republican or Democrat; his ability to see people for what they are based on their actions is unlike any elected official in America’s history.
On Tuesday, the Former President received immense backlash after releasing a statement regarding Colin Powell and the media’s hypocritical glowing praise of him following his death.
“Wonderful to see Colin Powell, who made big mistakes on Iraq and famously, so-called weapons of mass destruction, be treated in death so beautifully by the Fake News Media,” Trump wrote.

There is nothing untrue about Trump’s statement.
It’s absolutely incredible to witness such selective amnesia from the mainstream press. This is a man who lied directly to the United Nations to justify entering into a war with Iraq. He told mistruths about Saddam Hussein’s supposed weapons of mass destruction and plunged the United States into what is now known as a 20-year war, wasting trillions of dollars and countless American lives.
At the time, the media derided Powell after the truth was exposed about Hussein’s WMDs — he didn’t have ’em. But America was at war anyway.
Now, because he’s met his life’s end, and because he was vehemently anti-Trump and pro-establishment, the media is heralding Powell as some great American hero when he was in fact the exact opposite.
Powell’s family announced his death Monday morning. The 84-year-old had been battling a rare blood cancer in addition to the coronavirus and died at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Maryland, despite being fully vaccinated.
Sleepy Joe Biden, whom Powell endorsed at the 2020 Democratic National Convention, said his “good friend” always “embodied the highest ideals of both warrior and diplomat” and “was committed to our nation’s strength and security above all.”
What a load of crap!
The cognitively deficient president praised Powell as a “trusted confidant in good and hard times.”
That alone tells you everything you need to know.
Despite his military honors, Powell’s reputation was tarnished by his role in helping the Bush administration invade Iraq. He would later call it a “blot” on his record.
