Last week, when she labeled viral footage of Joe Biden’s recent embarrassing senior moments as “cheap fakes,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre seemed obviously upset, putting the term out of the public’s conscious awareness. Naturally, if you follow any of the White House, Biden, or his campaign’s social media pages, you are aware that “cheap fakes” are their main source of income. They are continuously misrepresenting what Trump says outright or pulling his statements out of context. Even worse, recent footage from the WH or the Biden campaign appears to rely heavily on jump cuts, which raises the possibility that Biden was having difficulty memorizing a straightforward script.

However, one would assume that the White House would refrain from the practice itself, given its approach of brushing off humiliating footage of Biden as “cheap fakes.” Although that may be the case, it isn’t the actual situation. Why not? This is due to the mainstream media’s reluctance to criticize the administration.
Even though the attendance was unquestionably large for a Trump rally in a deep, deep blue area, there was a deluge of media coverage following the president’s massive rally in North Philadelphia over the weekend that attempted to minimize its magnitude.
The comparison photos give the impression that Biden and Trump attended the same rally, but that Trump’s was much more sparsely attended. However, the post leaves out a lot of information.
Let’s start with the obvious: North Philadelphia is the purest blue region in existence. It was significant enough that Trump held a rally there at all. However, there are more ways in which the Biden campaign is deceiving you. How? The image on the left does not depict a 2024 Biden rally. Both Governor-to-be Josh Shapiro and then senate candidate John Fetterman were present at the Pennsylvania Democrats’ rally. Furthermore, Biden and Barack Obama attended the function. Therefore, it doesn’t bear any similarities to the events that took place.
Furthermore, the picture fails to depict the fact that the stadium was only partially filled in 2022 when Biden and Obama spoke at the Pennsylvania Democrats’ rally.
Contrast that with the footage from the weekend’s Trump rally below:

Although it’s difficult to say for sure from these two videos, it appears that the Trump rally drew a larger crowd than the 2022 gathering featuring Biden, Obama, Fitterman, and Shapiro.
To put it succinctly, the Biden team shared a cheap fake of the Trump rally’s size in an area that was very supportive of Biden. Let’s see how Biden does in a deep red area the next time he wants to compare rally sizes.
