Black staffers working in Biden’s White House demand the President do more to ensure their special treatment as the administration continues its affirmative action policies.
According to a recent report, the White House has already lost or will soon lose most of its diversity hires. Black staff members are leaving en masse due to what they consider a “lack of opportunity.”
At least 21 Black staffers have left the White House since late last year or are planning to leave soon. Some who remain say it’s no wonder why: They describe a work environment with little support from their superiors and fewer chances for promotion.https://t.co/X8uYuviRjO

While it’s true that Biden has staffed his White House with more ethnic minorities than ever before in history, it appears those minorities want nothing more to do with the cognitively deficient president.
Meanwhile, blacks across America (especially if their college-educated) constantly drone on about systematic racism that plagues this country while keeping them from employment and other “privileges” white people enjoy.
So why are more black people getting hired by the federal government than ever before?
Let’s face it, the White House is a difficult place to work and if you want to advance, it’s best to work harder than anyone else in the room, not complain about “lack of opportunity.”
The White House is notorious for its competitiveness amongst staff members. The nation’s capitol attracts some of the most educated, qualified, and career-driven individuals in the country — but it also attracts opportunists looking to cash in on today’s obsession with race and gender hires in the workplace.
However, according to three White House officials, the black employee exodus has resulted from a lack of promotion or no clear path to “help them be successful.”
“They brought in a ton of Black people generally to start without ever establishing an infrastructure to retain them or help them be successful,” a black White House employee told Politico.
Just curious, why are these particular black staffers seeking an “infrastructure” for which to succeed under? Doesn’t that create a separate set of standards based on race that flies in the face of modern progressivism? What happened to equality?
“We’re here and we’re doing a lot of work but we’re not decision-makers and there’s no real path towards becoming decision-makers,” another black staffer said said.
Yeah, it’s called initiative.
Perhaps these over-educated blacks have grown accustomed to a certain level of coddling or hand-holding from their university professors?
A third black White House employee told Politico that black people need special mentors to give employees a better experience.
“Black folks need some person to go to, to strategize and be a mentor, and we just don’t have as many folks who can be mentors to us.”
If that doesn’t scream PATHETIC, then what does?
Kamala Harris is notorious for losing her black staff members and has received immense backlash as a result. Symone Sanders and Cedric Richmond are the highest-profile former Kamala employees, both of which have gone on to secure positions within the corporate media.
Meanwhile, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, a black woman herself, called the Mass Blacksodus “normal”.
What’s “normal” is hiring staff members based on merit and merit alone. Black, white, yellow, etc should be evaluated based on their skill set, education, strengths, and weaknesses — not their skin color.
But that should be obvious by now, right?
