High Court Prevents Illegal Immigrants From Swaying Elections

After a miraculous Supreme Court ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade, another court victory has many conservatives wondering if this is our era of endless victory.

Democrats have wreaked havoc on our elections since Donald Trump’s unprecedented victory against Hillary Clinton in 2016 — and even before.

Trump’s campaign was spied on in a Deep State plot known as ‘Operation Hurricane’, and, as President, was attacked at every angle from a cadre of establishment D.C. swamp things desperate to maintain their stronghold on power.

Since then, Democrats have worked overtime, arm-in-arm with Big Tech, to rig the 2020 election using every tool in their arsenal, including manipulating the China Virus pandemic.

They even attempted to pass laws allowing illegal immigrants to vote in city elections.

However, on Monday, the Supreme Court of New York shot down a law that gay illegal aliens the same right to vote as U.S. citizens in city elections.

New York has more than 800,000 noncitizens who were poised to vote in municipal races, a significant number that would undoubtedly swing city elections — and it’s no secret which party illegal immigrants tend to favor.

In fact, the most recent Democrat primary election for mayor of New York City was decided by only 7,197 votes in now-Mayor Eric Adam’s favor.

According to the Court, there is “no statutory ability for the City of New York to issue inconsistent laws permitting non-citizens to vote and exceed the authority granted to it.”

“The Municipal Voting Law is ‘impermissible simply and solely for the reason that the Constitution says that it cannot be done,’” the court wrote in its ruling.

“Though voting is a right that so many citizens take for granted, the City of New York cannot ‘obviate’ the restrictions imposed by the Constitution.”

The Republican National Committee filed a lawsuit on Jan. 10, 2022, one day after the law took effect, claiming the legislation violates the New York Constitution, New York election statutes, and the state’s Municipal Home Rule Law that requires voter citizenship. The RNC named Adams, the City Council, and the New York City Board of Elections in the suit, alleging they were carrying out a “blatant attack on election integrity.”

Along with the NY Republican Party, several City Council members and high-ranking GOP Rep. Nicole Maliotakis also joined the lawsuit.

The law, enacted in January of this year, allowed green card holders, children of illegal immigrants (DREAMERS), and legal residents of New York City to vote in city elections without any proof of citizenship.

Plaintiffs in the lawsuit raised serious questions as to how the law would be executed and if illegal aliens would de facto end up on voter registration lists for federal and state elections; the law only applied to the City itself.

Don’t worry, this won’t be the only Democrat attempt to steal elections, especially as we approach November’s midterms.
