GOP Insiders Warn People To “Lock Their Doors At Night”

Senator John Kennedy (R-La.) did for the American people what President Joe Biden hasn’t yet done by disclosing information regarding the string of unidentified flying objects that were shot down over the previous week.

What is the history?

On Tuesday, top military and government officials briefed senators on UFOs. Despite the fact that the briefing was confidential, senators told the media that they had more questions than they did answers. However, one overarching sentiment emerged: The Biden admin. must be transparent with the American people.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) stated that “the American people need and deserve to know more. The American people need to know more information so they can have more confidence in our national security, and there is a lot of information that has been brought to us this morning that could be shared with them without endangering sources, methods, or national security.”

“The majority of what was addressed in that room today,” according to Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), “may be made public without jeopardizing security in our country.”

Senator Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) said, “We learned nothing which I did not already know as a member of the Intelligence and Armed Services Committees, or, for that matter, that one might discover just reading your newspapers. President Biden owes the American people an explanation, I reiterate.”

Senator Kennedy said what?

After the meeting, Kennedy told the media that it was incorrect to think that the recent incidents were a brand-new occurrence.

“Many people—intentionally or unintentionally—have been led to believe that a few weeks ago, we had clear skies, and spy balloons and other mysterious flying objects have suddenly started to fall like confetti on us,” according to Kennedy.

“That is incorrect. For many years, these objects have been passing over us,” he added.

Kennedy stated that the only distinction between earlier incidents and the current ones is “that we started shooting them down.” He claimed that lawmakers still don’t know why the Biden admin. held off on disclosing the UFOs until now.

Kennedy was questioned by a reporter about whether this is a case of “wagging the dog,” trying to boost Biden’s reputation, but the senator chose not to guess. But he did state clearly that Biden needed to be more open.

“The president and the director of national intelligence need [sic] to confront it now that this cow is out of the barn,” he said.

Kennedy closed his speech with the amusing admonition to “Lock your doors tonight.”
