Wonder Woman Star Plans To Show Brutal Hamas Attack Footage

Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot plans to screen disturbing footage of atrocities committed by Hamas militants during their brutal October 2022 attack in Israel.

The 47-minute video was provided by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and reportedly shows horrific acts of rape, murder and mass kidnappings that occurred when Hamas fighters entered Israel on October 7th last year in a coordinated terror attack.

Israel news outlet 124 reports the private screening will take place in Hollywood for a specially selected audience including various celebrities and prominent figures. Oscar-winning director Guy Nattiv spearheaded organizing the screening with assistance from Gadot and her husband Yaron Varsano.

The initial plan is for one invite-only event screening the footage for 120 attendees, with potential for additional screenings depending on the interest and reaction it generates. The content is said to be extremely violent and graphic. It has already been viewed previously by hundreds of foreign journalists and members of the Israeli Knesset (parliament).

Separate official screenings of the same disturbing Hamas attack footage are also occurring this week in both Los Angeles and New York City. Media reports indicate those viewings will include select members of the press and film industry, and have been labeled “Bearing Witness to the October 7th Massacre.” One takes place at the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles by private invitation only.

The footage apparently contains video evidence of gruesome murders, beheadings, and mass rapes of Jewish civilians recorded by the Hamas attackers themselves during their brutal assault on Israel. Many describe it as extremely violent and horrific.

Earlier reports indicated members of Israel’s Knesset broke down in tears and were visibly shaken and disturbed when viewing raw unedited footage showing the atrocities committed by Hamas terrorists in the October attacks. The brutal killings and assaults sparked international condemnation.

Director Guy Nattiv, who recently released a biopic about historic Israeli prime minister Golda Meir, shared a redacted image of the exclusive event invitation on social media as confirmation. Gadot’s efforts to organize a viewing of the attack footage for entertainment industry figures comes as part of wider attempts to raise awareness of the shocking violence Israeli civilians endured.

The recent cooperation between the IDF and prominent Hollywood voices underscores how the disturbing footage is being leveraged to counter critiques of Israel’s response to the attacks by showcasing the barbarity of the Hamas militant organization’s actions against innocent civilians in graphic detail.
