Hunter Biden Is TOAST – New Testimony Destroys His Case

Tony Bobulinski, a former business colleague of Hunter Biden, said on Wednesday that Biden lied to the House impeachment panel during their February closed-door session.

In a prior text message, Bobulinski said that President Biden is the “big guy” designated to earn a ten percent share in a joint venture along with CEFC China Energy Co., a business closely associated with the Chinese Communist Party.

Bobulinski made his opening remarks on Wednesday morning, citing instances to bolster his allegation of perjury.

Bobulinski questioned Hunter’s start date of employment with CEFC in the first example:

“Hunter says, “I formally began to undertake work for CEFC when I got a retainer from CEFC in early or spring of 2017″ in his transcript (page 42). So why, on Sunday, May 7, 2017, while I was sitting directly next to Hunter in New York City, did he shout at CEFC Executive Director Zang in front of his entourage? Hunter refused to give over the remaining $20 million that CEFC had promised to pay for the job he had said he had completed in previous years.”

In the second case, Bobulinski said that Hunter had lied when he said President Joe Biden had never spoken to any of Hunter’s associates:

Page 48 of Hunter’s transcript poses the question, “He hasn’t dealt with any of your business partners. Is that accurate? Joe Biden is the subject of the “He’s.” “Yes” is Hunter’s response. On May 2, 2017, Hunter set up a meeting between his father and myself at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. Hunter wanted me to meet his father only because I was Sinohawk’s CEO—the Bidens’ joint venture with CEFC. I was an associate in business. Hunter affirms in his transcript that the meeting with Joe happened and, by doing so, implicates his Uncle Jim in lying.”

Bobulinski said that Hunter had “lied” in the third instance about using Joe Biden as leverage to obtain a $5 million payment from CEFC.

“On July 30 and 31, 2017, Hunter threatened CEFC with money demands, and he misled the Committee about key information.” He tricked the partners of Sinohawk Holdings LLC and Oneida Holdings LLC by using his father’s presence beside him in that infamous text to force CEFC to pay Hunter right away. Hunter’s threat was effective, as the Chinese deposited $5 million into a firm he owned 50% of just a few days later. It’s crucial to keep in mind that CEFC intended to give additional money and saw this as an interest-free loan to the “Biden family.” To verify it, I have the CEFC email.”

Additionally, Bobulinski stated in his testimony that Joe Biden was “more than a benefactor and participant in his family’s company.” A comprehensive plan was in place to ensure Joe Biden’s plausible deniability, but despite this, Bobulinski stated that Biden “was an active, knowing enabler who met with business colleagues such as myself to develop the firm.”

“Why are they being so dishonest about it if there is no proof of corruption and Joe’s and his family’s actions were entirely lawful and proper?” Bobulinski enquired. “Deep falsehoods about the entire corrupt industry, not simply little factual errors.”
