The border crisis is a mess that will take years to untangle. Thanks to Joe Biden, over one million migrants have flooded the country. Reports reveal tens of thousands more are on their way. Where are these people going? How will the country support them? What damage will this do to our recovery and communities?
Those are questions Biden refuses to answer. He is much more concerned with importing as many Democrat voters as possible. The toil his corrupt immigration scheme is having on Americans is the least of his concern. And the people hurt the most are those living along the border.
Funny how Biden didn’t realize the traditionally liberal part of the country would be the hardest hit. Because now, Democrat officials are giving him some bad news.
A democratic Texas mayor said Thursday that the southern border was secure under former President Donald Trump, according to the Washington Free Beacon. He added that it’s time for President Joe Biden to get things under control…
“We need to truly secure the border,” Saenz told the Washington Free Beacon. “It was working under Trump, call it whatever you want to call it, but it was working.”
Saenz appeared to suggest Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy was working and needs to be reinstated to curb the flow of illegal immigration. [Source: Daily Caller]
Democrat mayor of Laredo, Pete Saenz slammed Biden’s failed immigration policy. He called for a return to Trump’s measures, saying they actually worked. Now, why would a Democrat turn on Biden and actually celebrate something Trump did?
Well, things have to get really, really bad for that to happen, right? Yup.
Border towns in Texas and other states are hit the worst by Biden’s crisis. Thousands of migrants are trampling over communities, homes, and other private property. As Biden turns a blind eye to the horde of invaders, they have to end up somewhere. Saenz revealed they are ending up in towns like his.
He lamented that his city’s resources are being strained because of the unchecked flood of illegals. They put a massive burden on health care, transportation, food, and other resources. Biden doesn’t seem to care. In fact, he’s not even trying to provide aid to Laredo or anywhere else.
Saenz particularly praised Trump’s Remain in Mexico policy. That rule single-handedly did more to reduce illegal immigration than anything else. It prevented catch-and-release and required migrants to stay on the other side of the border.
Biden knows this, so he is deliberately trying to kill the rule. Even though the Supreme Court ruled it needed to stay in place.
Why is Biden trying so hard to get illegals into this country? Why is he violating immigration law and even defying the Supreme Court? If he only worked a fraction this hard to help Americans.
Ah, I guess that’s crazy talk, huh?
