Another day, another rigged court ruling against President Donald J. Trump. This time, a federal appeals court has upheld an outrageous $83 million judgment in favor of left-wing writer E. Jean Carroll—an award based not on justice, but on punishing a man who dared to speak the truth and fight back against false allegations.
Let’s be clear: this is not about justice. It’s about using the legal system as a political weapon to silence a man who represents the American people. The same man who pulled this country out of the swamp, put America First, and is now being attacked on every front because the establishment fears his return to the White House.
Carroll’s story, first published decades after the alleged event, is riddled with inconsistencies. President Trump has always denied her claims, calling them what they are—fabricated nonsense designed to sell books and grab headlines. And yet, for simply defending himself, he’s now being forced to pay tens of millions of dollars? That’s not justice. That’s a warning shot to every American: speak out, and you’ll be crushed.
The appeals court, stacked with liberal judges, claimed that Trump had no grounds to challenge the jury’s verdict. They said the $83.3 million award was “fair and reasonable.” Fair and reasonable? For words? For defending himself against a baseless accusation? Since when did calling someone a liar cost $83 million?
This is not about Carroll. This is about stopping Trump. The ruling comes on top of a $5 million judgment from another jury, which also found Trump liable for so-called defamation. Together, that’s nearly $90 million in damages all because President Trump had the courage to say, “This didn’t happen.” If that doesn’t scare you, it should.
The court even admitted that Trump’s words led to Carroll receiving threats. But President Trump never told anyone to threaten her. He simply said what millions of Americans believe—that the accusation was false. If that’s now grounds for punishment, then free speech in this country is dead.
Let’s not forget that Trump wasn’t even allowed to defend himself fully in court. The judge blocked him from saying he was innocent. That’s right—he wasn’t allowed to tell the jury his side of the story because an earlier jury had already made a decision. What kind of justice system doesn’t let the accused speak in his own defense?
President Trump’s legal team is right to call this a witch hunt. It’s the same pattern we’ve seen since 2016. Whether it’s the Russia hoax, the fake impeachments, or now these civil suits, the left will stop at nothing to destroy anyone who threatens their power. But they’ve made one mistake—they underestimated the American people.
We the People know what’s going on. We see the double standard. We see how real criminals walk free while a president who served this country with honor is dragged through the mud. And we’re not going to take it anymore.
This battle is far from over. Trump’s team has said the case may go to the Department of Justice, and it should. Because this isn’t just about one man. It’s about the future of our Republic. If they can do this to a former president, they can do it to any one of us.
President Trump stood up for us. Now we must stand up for him. We must demand an end to these political prosecutions, to these partisan judges, and to a justice system that has forgotten what justice even means.
$83 million won’t stop Trump. It won’t stop the truth. And it won’t stop the American people from taking their country back in 2024 and beyond.
