Biden’s Document Scandal Is Bigger Than We Thought

Biden’s Document Scandal Is Bigger Than We Thought
When will the FBI do a search at the University of Delaware, which has all of Biden’s Senate papers and is likely to have the greatest collection of Biden records? That’s 36 years, or from 1973 to 2009, which translates to thousands of documents.

According to a recent source, the FBI has recently conducted at least two separate searches of the Biden collection at the University of Delaware in connection with Biden’s improper handling of sensitive documents. When the searches occurred is unclear. The article claims that although they haven’t yet discovered any classified documents, they are still looking through the material. It can take some time because there are so many documents there.

More than 1,850 cartons of archive documents from Biden’s time in the Senate “arrived at the Library on June 6, 2012,” according to the University of Delaware. As a result, after he departed the Senate in January 2009, a new question arises: where were those documents throughout that time? The collection also contained 415 terabytes of electronic documents that had belonged to Biden. The materials were donated in 2012, over ten years ago, but they are still off limits to the general public.

The searches were carried out with the support of Biden’s lawyers.

The FBI did obtain material for examination.

“On two separate days, investigators recovered materials from two university locations. According to the source, the documents didn’t appear to be marked as classified, but the FBI is currently reviewing them.”

“During the searches, they looked at two different sets of documents: an archive of materials from Biden’s service in the US Senate and contemporary records that Biden gave to the institution.”

It appears that the University also possesses a more current collection in addition to the Senate collection. There is thus much more information to review, however it is unclear how much of it is covered.

It stands to reason that neither the University nor the DOJ nor the White House is confirming or discussing the searches. The White House withholds information from us until they are pressed and forced into a corner.

As a result, the FBI has now searched the University of Delaware as well as Biden’s residences in Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach as well as the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C. According to what we previously reported, the National Archives also seized Biden’s records from his Boston lawyer’s office  and made inquiries about documents at the “PA office of the Penn Biden Center.”

This report is further intriguing since, according to NBC, it appears to have been leaked to numerous news outlets by “two senior law enforcement officials.” So even though the White House isn’t informing us, someone wants us to be aware that this was happening.
