Americans were disgusted when reports claimed that the Biden administration was considering massive payouts to illegal aliens detained during the Trump administration. According to the news, the government would pay up to $450,000, with some families potentially raking in nearly $1 million from taxpayers.
It was one of the vilest America-last moves by this administration. So, not surprisingly, Biden denied it. He said the reports were “garbage” and that it was not going to happen.
But when the White House was asked about this plan, they had a very different story.
White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said on Thursday that President Joe Biden was “perfectly comfortable” with giving massive payouts to illegal aliens who were separated at the border from their families under the prior administration…
“So, if it saves taxpayer dollars and puts the disastrous history of the previous administration’s use of zero tolerance and family separation behind us, the president is perfectly comfortable with the Department of Justice settling with the individuals and families who are currently in litigation with the U.S. government,” Jean-Pierre said. Uh, so does Biden support this thing or doesn’t he? It seems like his administration is making decisions that he knows nothing about. Several agencies, including the DOJ and Homeland, were apparently coming up with this plan. Biden rejected it when asked by a reporter.
This is pretty disturbing, beyond the idiotic idea of paying illegal aliens. The fact that Biden wasn’t on board with this plan, announced by his own administration, but we are told by the White House that he is, suggests something isn’t right in this presidency. Seems to me that they are just telling Biden what to do. The left-wing socialists who run these agencies are concocting one braindead scheme after another.
Only when they have it planned do they tell Biden he has to support it. That’s essentially what Jean-Pierre is admitting. She is just trying to cover this corrupt administration’s tracks when she said Biden was just “reacting” to the dollar amount.
No, Biden was not on board with this plan, because he didn’t plan it. But don’t be surprised if today or some other day, they prop him up behind a lectern and he announces this payout scheme. After all, Biden is not a real president, just a puppet for a corrupt group of Democrats that have wormed their way into the administration.
Come on, we should all know that by now. No real president would make one massive mistake after another, learn nothing, and keep pushing bad policies. In less than a year, Biden has lost the support of most of America. And he isn’t even trying to remedy the very things that are outraging us.
If that doesn’t prove he isn’t making the decisions—I don’t know what does.
