It doesn’t seem Biden’s gamble over the Supreme Court is paying off. He hoped that picking a woman of color to replace retiring Stephen Breyer would win over his hemorrhaging voters. But polls suggest Americans aren’t impressed. They’d rather have the best-qualified person, than Biden pandering to identity politics. But Biden, determined to cater to the radical left, picked someone solely on the basis of skin color gender. And it’s already coming back to haunt him.
Republicans have already come out with strong criticism of his nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson. They are particularly concerned with her “advocacy” for Gitmo prisoners while she was a public defender. Lawmakers are worried this potential Supreme Court justice has a “criminal reform” agenda and could undermine our law and order. But now, another skeleton has fallen out of her closet.

A review of a handful of Jackson’s lectures and speeches from the past seven years shows that the nominee has a strong appreciation for leading proponents of CRT, a progressive idea that holds in part: “racism is endemic to, rather than a deviation from, American norms,” legal scholar Kimberle Crenshaw, who coined the term, wrote in 1989. While Jackson has avoided openly championing CRT, she has complimented its advocates and suggested that the progressive theory informs her legal analysis. [Source: Daily Wire]
This is much more concerning than you might think. Critical race theory is a distorted, evil reinterpretation of our history. It casts nearly everything about the forming and development of our country on the basis of race. Instead of seeing our Founding Fathers are heroes of liberty and democracy, CRT paints them as monsters. The goal is obvious, to turn Americans, particularly students, against the principles on which our country is founded.
With the end result of replacing those values with something else. Considering the people pushing this theory, it would be Marxism.
Does this mean Jackson supports such a toxic agenda? According to reports, she’s spoken fondly of advocates for this ugly doctrine. She even uses words that conform to their views, like “microaggression.” This should be raising alarm bells for lawmakers looking to confirm Jackson. If she even remotely associates with these CRT-pushers, her role on the Supreme Court is suspect.
She could disregard our laws and Constitution in favor of radical ideology. She might support the tearing down of our statues and monuments because of “systemic racism.” She would support people and cases that would trample our values and traditions.
That is something Republicans cannot support. And they better take this very seriously, before voting on her.
