Democrats always smugly assert that when they control the White House, they keep a sacrosanct wall of division between the president and the Department of Justice. Their voices take on a holy, sanctimonious tone when they lecture us about this. Unlike those icky Republicans, they are the ones who respect law and order. It’s all a lie. All of the lawfare carried out against Donald Trump from 2021-24 was directly orchestrated between Joe Biden’s lawyers at the White House and Merrick Garland’s team at the DOJ. And now the Trump DOJ has proof.
Chad Mizelle served as acting chief of staff for the Department of Justice for most of this year. In an interview last week, Mizelle revealed that the DOJ now has evidence, including smoking-gun emails, proving that Joe Biden’s lawyers orchestrated the Mar-a-Lago raid from the White House.
The FBI knew that it had no probable cause to raid Donald Trump’s home in August 2022. They told the Justice Department exactly that. Trump was cooperating with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). He had already declassified all the documents that he had at Mar-a-Lago. There was no legitimate reason to raid Donald Trump’s home.
“We have concrete evidence that Biden’s White House was very much involved in the most unprecedented, unjust and improper law enforcement act, really in the history of our country, which is to use the FBI to raid the home of a political rival and former president of the United States,” Mizelle told the New York Post.
Joe Biden’s lawyers at the White House were communicating via email with NARA and the Department of Justice. One of Biden’s lawyers then told everyone in the email chain, “Hey, why don’t we take this offline.”
“And then all of a sudden every email communication on this thing stops,” Mizelle added.
This proves that Joe Biden’s lawyers were acting as the go-between for the DOJ and NARA. They were directly involved in the planning of the Mar-a-Lago raid, which was actually an assassination attempt under the color of law.
It’s important to remember the timeline around the raid.
On the night of Saturday, August 6, 2022, Donald Trump delivered the keynote address at the CPAC conference in Texas. During that speech, Trump said that he would be making an announcement about 2024 “very soon” and that conservatives would be “very happy” with his decision. This was the first time since the 2020 election was stolen that Trump publicly hinted that he would run again in 2024.
Everyone in the Biden White House collectively pooped their pants over that announcement. They knew they were guilty of treason because of the stolen 2020 election, and they needed a way to get rid of Donald Trump.
August 7, 2022, was a Sunday. The Biden White House shopped around for a judge the next day who would sign off on a warrant, despite the fact that the FBI agents who had been working the case believed there was no probable cause for the raid. They found a judge who not only signed the warrant (US Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart) but also authorized the FBI agents to shoot Donald Trump and kill him if he “resisted” the raid over some paperwork.
Less than 36 hours after Donald Trump announced he was running for reelection, FBI agents were pawing through Melania Trump’s underwear with a shoot-to-kill order in hand. Joe Biden’s team orchestrated this and Biden gave Merrick Garland the order to carry it out.
The Democrats knew they wouldn’t be able to pull off another fake 81-million vote election in 2024. The one thing they feared more than anything else in the world was Donald Trump returning to power.
We also know that the Georgia case against Donald Trump originated from the Biden White House and not the DOJ. District Attorney Fani Willis’s loverboy, Nathan Wade, was dumb enough to invoice the Fulton County, GA taxpayers for two eight-hour meetings at the White House. Whoops. If Wade had been coordinating with the DOJ, he would have met them at the DOJ’s offices. He was at the White House because he was taking advice from Joe Biden’s lawyers.
All the lawfare cases against Donald Trump were orchestrated by the Biden White House. None of them were legitimate legal cases. The question now is: What is Attorney General Pam Bondi going to do about it, now that she has the evidence?
