Authorities quickly identified Davis, arresting him Tuesday for exposure of sexual organs (second offense) and violation of pretrial release.

His original arrest in Lauderhill involved a chilling incident where a 13-year-old girl was forced to witness him pleasuring himself while he shamelessly asked her, “It’s big, isn’t it?” Detectives previously stated that Davis admitted to cruising around schools specifically targeting young girls.
