Democrats are still rampaging over the historic overturning of Roe v. Wade. And they probably will be for the foreseeable future. Radical abortion activists have targeted the Supreme Court justices who voted against the abortion ruling. But they are especially targeting Clarence Thomas, a respected, black conservative.
Hillary Clinton went on a racist tirade against the man. Black actors like Samuel L. Jackson did the same. It seems the left is once again showing its true racist colors. They only respect minorities, so long as they vote the way they want them to. A black man that stands up for the Constitution and strikes a blow against the evils of abortion?

Leftists started a petition to “punish” Thomas, by forcing George Washington University to fire him. This is how the school responded.
George Washington University will not fire Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas, an adjunct professor at its law school, amid left-wing cries on the internet for his termination after the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
“Because we steadfastly support the robust exchange of ideas and deliberation, and because debate is a central part of our university’s academic and educational mission to train future leaders who are prepared to address the world’s most urgent problems,” a letter addressed to its students states, “the university will neither terminate Justice Thomas’s employment nor cancel his class in response to his legal opinions.” The move to oust Thomas gained traction after the liberal group Change.org published a petition on its website, gaining thousands of signatures in a matter of days. Well look at that! A university that isn’t bowing to the woke mob’s demands. George Washington University rejected calls to fire Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas over his decision to overturn Roe.
They claimed they supported the “robust exchange of ideas.” And they would not terminate Thomas because of his “legal opinions.” That is a far cry from the kind of stuff we’ve seen coming out of universities in recent years.
All too often, schools coward to the woke, entitled students who demand “safe spaces” and hate freedom of thought. Schools of higher learning have coddled childish leftists who can’t stand the views of other people.
Numerous leaders have condemned such a practice. And there has been some pushback in recent days. But this is a strong move in the right direction, at least for one school. By doing this, GWU is telling the woke mob that they are not in control. And they are upholding free speech and freedom of opinion, something every school should do.
Not that the left will learn anything from it.
