This weekend, former President Donald Trump held a gathering in Butler, Pennsylvania, at the same spot where he almost died in an attempted murder on July 13.
Trump told the crowd that Democrats and people on the far left will continue to cause problems and stir up political arguments with exactly one month to go until Election Day.
“There are four great years coming up in the history of our country. These four years can be the best ever.” Trump said, “We’ll turn it around so fast that your head will spin. If we win on November 5, we will keep America’s promises and open the amazing future that is right around the corner.”
“We need to get there first. They are going to drop many kinds of bombs. They will hit you, JD, and they will hit me too. They’ll hit these guys over and over. But I think we’re almost immune to it—we’re immune to it now.”
Trump also said that Democrats can only win with open borders if they play games.
“Who wants countries to be open? Who wants guys to play in sports for women? Who wants sex change services for people who are in jail illegally? No, I don’t think so,” he said next.
Trump went on to say that the “enemy within” is much more dangerous than enemies from other countries when the wrong person is in the White House.
“There is an enemy inside and an enemy outside, I always say. And the enemy from the outside won’t be a problem if you’re smart. We won’t have any trouble with Russia, China, or North Korea… Something is wrong if you don’t have a ruler who is so smart. But we have an enemy inside, and I think that is much more dangerous than the enemy outside,” he said.
