Three Assassination Attempts and the Left Still Can’t Admit They Have a Violence Problem — So We’ll Say It for Them

President Donald Trump was speaking at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner on Friday night when a 31-year-old substitute teacher from Torrance, California named Cole Tomas Allen decided to breach a Secret Service checkpoint at the Washington Hilton armed with a shotgun, a handgun, and multiple knives. Shots were fired. One law enforcement officer took a round to his bulletproof vest. Trump, Vice President Vance, and the cabinet were evacuated.

Three assassination attempts. Three. And the corporate media is already workshopping how to cover this without mentioning that every single one of these lunatics came from the same side of the political aisle. Must be exhausting.

Let’s do a quick headcount, shall we? Attempt number one — a gunman at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, who grazed Trump’s ear and murdered an innocent father shielding his family. Attempt number two — a deranged guy camped out at Trump’s golf course in Florida with a rifle and a scope. And now attempt number three — a substitute teacher recently honored as “Teacher of the Month” in Los Angeles County, showing up to a formal dinner with enough weapons to start a small war.

Notice a pattern? We sure do.

Every single one of these attackers has been a product of the same political ecosystem that spent the last decade calling Trump “literally Hitler,” comparing his supporters to Nazis, and screeching that “democracy is under threat” every time the man so much as posts on Truth Social. You don’t get to crank the rhetoric up to eleven for years — comparing a sitting president to history’s greatest monster — and then act shocked when unstable people take you at your word.

But here’s what the left absolutely does NOT want you to focus on: Trump is still standing. Again. The man has survived three assassination attempts, two impeachments, four indictments, and enough media hit pieces to wallpaper the entire Hilton. And he was back on his feet within minutes on Friday night. Meanwhile, the guy who tried to kill him is in federal custody and his big accomplishment in life was winning a participation trophy from an LA County school district.

Teacher of the Month, by the way. In Los Angeles. The same city that can’t keep the lights on, can’t put out wildfires, and apparently can’t screen its educators for homicidal tendencies. That tracks.

Now, we’ve been told — repeatedly, loudly, and with great moral certainty — that political violence is a “right-wing” problem. Remember that narrative? Every time a story about a MAGA hat gets trotted out, the entire media apparatus spins up to blame 75 million Trump voters for the actions of one person. But when a Kamala Harris donor shows up to a black-tie event with a shotgun and tries to assassinate the President of the United States? Suddenly it’s a “complex situation” and we need to “wait for all the facts.”

We have the facts. The facts are that this guy donated to Kamala’s campaign. The facts are that he was radicalized by the same media machine that tells its viewers every single night that Trump is an existential threat to humanity. The facts are that three separate individuals have now tried to murder Donald Trump and not one of them was wearing a red hat.

But sure — tell us more about how the January 6th “insurrection” (where the most dangerous weapon was a guy in a Viking hat) proves that conservatives are the real threat.

The left has a violence problem and they know it. They’ve known it since a Bernie Sanders supporter opened fire on a congressional baseball practice in 2017 and nearly killed Steve Scalise. They’ve known it since Rand Paul’s neighbor broke six of his ribs. They’ve known it since a man showed up at Brett Kavanaugh’s house with a gun, zip ties, and a plan. They knew it when Maxine Waters told supporters to confront Republicans at gas stations and restaurants. They knew it when Kathy Griffin held up a severed Trump head on camera.

And they know it now.

The difference is that we’re done waiting for them to admit it. Three attempts on one president’s life — all from the same political direction — isn’t a coincidence. It’s a pattern. And patterns have causes.

The cause is a media and political establishment that has spent years deliberately dehumanizing one man and everyone who supports him. When you tell people the president is a fascist dictator who will end democracy, some percentage of those people are going to believe you. And some percentage of believers are going to act on it. That’s not complicated. That’s cause and effect.

So here’s where we stand: Trump survived. Again. The Secret Service did their job. The shooter is in custody. And the left is going to spend the next 72 hours trying to change the subject to gun control — because of course they will. They’d rather ban your guns than admit their own rhetoric is getting people killed.

Three assassination attempts. Zero accountability from the people whose words inspired them.

We’re keeping count. Even if they won’t.
