The radical Black Lives Matter domestic terrorist allegedly responsible for the deaths of multiple Christmas parade goers in Waukesha, Wisconsin made his first court appearance on Tuesday.
A black cloud immediately enveloped the room upon Brooks’ entry into the courtroom, a sinister feeling which was captured on tape.
The man who propagandist media operatives are protecting at all costs, drove his SUV through a crowd of people attending a Christmas Parade, killing six people and injuring countless more.
This was a deliberate act of terrorism. Brooks was not fleeing from the police as many liberal media outlets reported to justify his erratic driving and pass blame again to law enforcement.
As a matter of fact Waukesha Police have confirmed that Brooks was not being perused. The intentional homicide he committed was targeted and deliberate, but the motive remains unclear.

Brooks, 39, made his first appearance in court Tuesday shortly after a criminal complaint was released. Officials previously said five adults died in the massacre, but prosecutors revealed that a sixth person, a child, had also died, and dozens more were injured.

If convicted for all five counts he currently faces, Brooks could spend the rest of his life in prison. Prosecutors indicated that he will face a sixth intentional homicide charge within a week.

The judge set bail at $5 million in cash, saying he believes Brooks is a flight risk.

Brooks has a lengthy criminal history, including two open felony cases. An amateur rapper from Milwaukee, Brooks had been bailed out of jail less than 48 hours earlier.

He is a recipient of the Kamala Harris-backed progressive bail reform initiatives after receiving a staggering low $1,000 cash bond following his latest felony arrest.
Additionally, Brooks is a known Black Lives Matter activist and makes blatant anti-white posts to his multiple social media accounts.
The five adults who died after the car plowed through the Christmas parade on Sunday have been identified as James Coolidge, 52, Tamara Durand, 52, Wilhelm Hospel, 82, Leanna Owens, 71, and Virginia Sorenson, 79.
