The likely Democratic Party nominee, Kamala Harris, has a history of advocating for the admission of undocumented immigrants to the bar in California.
According to John Binder’s research for Breitbart News, Harris was a strong advocate for allowing undocumented immigrants to obtain legal licenses in California. It is noteworthy because California functions as a sanctuary state, meaning that undocumented immigrants are free to live and travel across the state with nearly no restrictions.
Prior to her current campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination, Vice President Kamala Harris was a leading proponent of granting legal licenses to undocumented immigrants in California, a sanctuary state.
Rewind In a 2014 decision, the California Supreme Court decided to award Mexican national Sergio Garcia, an illegal alien, admission to the State Bar and the right to practice law in the Golden State.
Harris was the primary proponent of lead to attorney at the time and served as the attorney general of California. As a result, thousands of illegal immigrants in the state have obtained legal licenses, setting a concerning precedent.
According to a report from the Sacramento Bee,
“In spite of his best efforts, Garcia caught the interest of California’s top law enforcement official in 2012—attorney general at the time and current presidential contender Kamala Harris. At the time, Garcia was going through a well-publicized, multi-year battle to become the country’s first licensed undocumented attorney.”
“Garcia was shocked to see Harris emerge in favor. She proceeded to support his legal cause with a written brief and even sent one of her office’s attorneys to represent him before the state Supreme Court.”
“A unanimous ruling in favor of Garcia by the California Supreme Court was the result of Vice President Harris’ endorsement,” according to Kevin Johnson, head of UC Davis’ law department and one of the lawyers who defended the State Bar of California in Garcia’s case.
Harris has a long history of advocating for laws that shield illegal alien invaders from harsh punishment by federal immigration authorities. Harris, the state’s attorney general, threatened to sue police enforcement organizations throughout the state if they assisted federal immigration enforcement officers in correspondence.
Kamala Harris’s campaign is an endorsement of the anti-White, multicultural political system. Attacks against White Americans would escalate, and mass migration would intensify under a future Kamala Harris administration.
