Biden (supposedly) defeated Trump by 4.5 points in the country in 2020. RealClearPolitics (RCP) national average polling at the time predicted Trump losing by 7.2 points. Trump, in other terms, outperformed the polls.
It should be noted that the average of national RCP surveys never showed Trump leading during the 2020 election. The closest Trump came to Biden throughout the campaign was a four-point disadvantage.
According to the RealClearPolitics survey of national polls, Trump now has an absolute lead of 1.7 points. It should be emphasized that in 2020, this never once occurred. Even liberal pollsters indicate that Trump is doing well. The Marquette survey indicates a tie. Quinnipiac has Biden ahead by only two points. One of the few pollsters, Rasmussen, who shows Biden with a good popularity rating, has Trump leading by seven points.
If the fascist Soros pawn Alvin Bragg, New York’s district attorney, and their supporters in the Democrat party as well as media thought this vile Trump indictment would bring him down, it is not evident in the polls.
Moreover, Trump performs just as well against Biden as the Florida governor, which should serve as a wake-up warning to the annoying and intolerable individuals in the #OnlyDeSantis camp. DeSantis maintains an average lead of 1.6 points against His Fraudulency in a fictitious 2024 presidential contest, as opposed to Trump’s 1.7 points.
Trump and DeSantis are both candidates I admire, but statistics are statistics. Even though DeSantis hasn’t officially declared his candidacy yet, this might cause a significant scramble on the board. The governor of Florida’s conversation with Piers Morgan was unimpressive. If he wants to overcome Trump, he will need to appear much stronger and more powerful.
The reasons why Trump is doing better versus Biden today compared to 2020 should be clear. The unpopular incumbent Biden is unable to retreat to his cellar any longer. Now that Biden is president, every appearance he makes serves as a reminder of how stupid, feeble, and dishonest he is.
