You know the Democrats are desperate when they roll out Senate’s leading whack job to launch a public smear campaign against Sen. Kristen Synema for her vote to maintain the filibuster rule.
On Sunday, socialist lawmaker Bernie Sanders that he believes publicly shaming members of the Democratic Party — with whom he caucuses — as the correct strategy in an evenly-divided Senate where he cannot win without their votes.
What a genius
Over the weekend, the Arizona Democratic Party censured Sen. Sinema for her refusal to back changes to the filibuster. Along with West Virginia Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin, Sinema defended her decision during a speech on the Senate floor.
Sanders appeared on this-or-that propagandist outlet to voice his support of the the Arizona Democrats decision to censure Sen. Sinema.
Sanders began by saying that he believed it was past time to get out of the back rooms and onto the Senate floor, arguing that they should start voting on things so that the American people could see for themselves where everyone stood.
“Do you think, though, it’s been healthy for the Democratic Party to highlight the division the party? You look at Senator Sinema, she was censured by the Arizona Democratic Party —”
“Good,” Sanders interjected.
“Yeah, I do. I think it’s exactly right,” Sanders said emphatically, arguing that because “voting rights” were the issue at hand, the situation had to be handled differently.”

Forcing the hands of members of the Democratic Party is hardly a new tactic for Sanders. Just before Christmas, he called for a public vote on the Democrats’ massive spending package, Build Back Better, saying that he wanted the American people to see Senator Joe Manchin vote against it.
“Let him vote ‘No’ in front of the entire world,” Sanders said.
Wacky Bernie also appeared on CNN where he delivered a similar diatribe against Republicans and the two moderate Democrat Senators who sided with them during the filibuster fight.
Bernie’s signature rhetorical style was on full display as he claimed Joe Biden’s agenda was to benefit the working class — an undisputable and disgusting lie coming from a socialist politician.
The Vermont independent went on to claim Senate Republicans do nothing except criticize the president and sabotage his efforts.
“You got 50 Republicans who don’t want to do anything except criticize the president. And then you have, sadly enough, two Democrats who choose to work with the Republicans rather than the president, and who have sabotaged the president’s effort …”

Oh, you mean how the Democrats did for the past four years under Trump?
It’s all an incredibly stupid joke and politicians like Bernie truly believe we’re falling for it.
