Two men have been charged for threatening a federal ICE agent and his wife. These threats were made online and were serious enough to get the attention of the FBI and federal prosecutors. This should concern every American who believes in the rule of law and who respects the brave men and women who put their lives on the line to protect our borders.
The first man, Frank Waszut of Tennessee, posted a video on Instagram that showed the ICE agent’s face. He told people to “make him famous” and even called for others to attack him if they saw him alone. He used the phrase “cell block one treatment,” which is prison slang for a beating. That’s not just hateful, it’s dangerous. It’s a call to violence against a law enforcement officer who is simply doing his job.
The second man, Anthony Noto from New York, made a similar post online. He talked about using a semiautomatic rifle and pointed to the agent’s wife as a target. Think about that. This wasn’t just about the officer — they threatened his family too. That’s terrorism, plain and simple.
Let’s be clear: This kind of behavior is not just wrong, it’s criminal. It’s evil. And it’s part of a growing trend where law enforcement officers, especially those working for ICE, are being attacked and threatened just for doing what they swore to do — uphold the law and protect our borders.
This didn’t start overnight. Ever since President Trump began enforcing our immigration laws during his first term, the radical left has been pushing hatred and lies about ICE officers. They’ve called them Nazis and monsters. They’ve accused them of being cruel just because they arrest people who broke the law to enter our country. The left has made ICE the enemy, and now we’re seeing the results — shootings, threats, and now public calls to murder these officers and their families.
In fact, there was a deadly shooting at a Dallas ICE facility just last month. One detainee was killed, two were badly wounded, and the shooter took his own life. This was no random act. The shooter used an ICE tracking app and planned the attack. That app has now been pulled from the app stores, but the damage is done. The truth is, these attacks are being fueled by the anti-ICE, anti-law enforcement rhetoric coming from radical politicians and the media.
President Trump spoke out after the shooting. He stood firmly with our ICE officers and called out the left for their dangerous words. He said, “The Trump Administration is fully committed to backing law enforcement, strong borders, and deporting violent illegal criminals.” That’s what leadership looks like.
Attorney General Pam Bondi and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem have both said enough is enough. They’ve warned that anyone who attacks or threatens law enforcement will face the full weight of the Department of Justice. And rightly so. If we don’t protect the people who protect us, we’re in serious trouble.
The left tries to blame gun laws. They talk about “common sense” reforms, but they ignore the real problem — their own hateful language and their refusal to support the men and women guarding our nation. You can’t stir up a mob and then act surprised when that mob gets violent.
Let this be a wake-up call. When people threaten and attack ICE agents, they’re not just attacking individuals — they’re attacking the very idea of law and order. They’re attacking America.
We need to stand with our law enforcement officers. We need to tell the truth about illegal immigration and stop allowing the left to smear the people who are doing the hard work of keeping us safe. And we need to let the Department of Justice do its job and put these radicals behind bars where they belong.
This is about more than politics. It’s about whether America remains a country of laws or becomes a nation ruled by fear, violence, and chaos. We must choose law and order. We must choose freedom. And we must stand by the heroes who defend it.
