Going into this year’s election, many media pundits claimed the results would have far-reaching implications. They were especially keen on saying the Virginia governor’s race would determine how future elections would shape up across the entire country.
Boy, did they regret saying that.
Democrats were sent reeling after Republicans won major victories in a historically blue state. Voters came out in force to elect newcomer Glenn Youngkin, a Trump-endorsed Republican, as their next governor. Liberal strategists are scrambling, terrified for what this means for 2022. Newt Gingrich already knows and he’s making a big prediction.

Gingrich brutally took down Biden and Harris, saying they were too “dumb” and weak to help Democrats recover in time for the midterms. He made a bold prediction that Republicans would not only take four additional Senate seats, but win up to 70 seats in the House. In both cases, that would give them a strong majority in Congress.
And top Republican leaders in the House are using Tuesday night’s good news to declare Biden’s agenda dead.

As Americans increasingly push back against Biden’s agenda, Republicans said that it becomes even more likely that Democrats cannot pass the dual infrastructure bills with their razor-thin majorities in Congress. Pointing to Democrats’ major losses this week, Republicans in the House predict that Biden’s massive spending agenda is dead. Democrats in the House and Senate will be unwilling to push his unpopular plan, out of fear of losing their seats next year. It seems that House Republicans and Gingrich are on the same page.
And most Democrats will be forced to agree.
The left lost big time this year because of Biden’s failed agenda. Voters blame Biden for all the problems they are facing and refused to elect people from his party. Democrats in Congress, afraid that Newt’s prediction will come true, will back away from spending bills that raise taxes, increase the deficit, and bleed jobs overseas.
But their jobs might be beyond saving at this point. Even if they turn on Biden and refuse to support him, the red wave might not be stopped.
