Yes, yes, yes. If you’ve been reading the news for any length of time, you know all about Joe Biden’s horrible approval ratings. The only person who doesn’t seem to know (or care), is Joe Biden. But since August of 2021, Biden’s approval among Americans has been crashing and burning. It only seems to be getting worse. And his “crack team” at the White House have seemingly no idea how to correct it.
Their best defense against their terrible decisions that have hurt millions has been to blame others. Makes sense. They were the ones who made the bad decisions in the first place. Obviously, they have no talent or intelligence to fix those mistakes. So, their only recourse is to blame anyone but themselves. But this buck-passing has not gone over well with Americans. And Biden just hit a new milestone. Or maybe it’s a millstone?
President Joe Biden has had 110 days with an approval index — the number of those who strongly approve minus those who strongly disapprove of his job performance — at or under -24, far surpassing former Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, according to Rasmussen Reports.
On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, 57 percent disapproved of Biden’s job performance, compared to 42 percent who approved, making his net approval -15. However, 45 percent “strongly” disapprove, compared to 21 percent who “strongly” approve, making his approval index -24.
According to Rasmussen Reports, Biden has experienced 110 days of a Presidential Approval Index at or below -24. For comparison, Obama only saw 15 days with equally dismal figures, and Trump tallied 6. [Source: Breitbart]
Biden has set a new record, but in no way one that anyone wants. According to Rasmussen’s daily approval metrics, Biden has had 110 days with a negative approval index. The approval index measures the balance between Americans who strongly approve and disapprove of a president. A negative index means more Americans strongly disapprove of a president. Biden has far and away beat both Obama and Trump on this. Neither even come close.
Obama, for all his sins, only had 15 days that far underwater. Trump, only 6. For Biden to have such a staggeringly high number of days where more people strongly disapproved than strongly approved him? It shows just what a train wreck this administration is.
Not even the liberal media can save them. Major polls from nearly every outlet have shown his approval is underwater. That’s not a fluke. It’s not a glitch. Since the summer of last year, Americans have rejected Biden’s radical, divisive, toxic agenda. And it seems, he’s only getting worse.
We’ve never had a president this unpopular. Even Jimmy Carter was, at least, sort of likable. But Biden is a disaster from start to finish. It’s actually going to be very interesting to see how this affects the midterms. But it ain’t gonna be pretty.
