A glorious sight to behold, indeed!
Arguably the biggest creep in Congress, Rep. Adam Schiff, was eviscerated on live television during Tuesday’s episode of “The View,” a show which typically serves as a propaganda machine for the Democrat Party.
Schiff appeared on the show to discuss god knows what, but was eventually embarrassed unlike ever before as the audience stared in disbelief.
The leading impeachment Democrat began his interview with the casual niceties granted to most liberal politicians until the conversation took a hilarious turn for Schiff.
Former State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus, who also appeared on Tuesday’s episode as a guest host, took Schiff to task about his past heralding of the Steele Dossier, which is now widely discredited.
In the past Schiff widely promoted the Steele Dossier, claiming it was unmistakable proof of Donald Trump’s collusion with the Ukrainians/Russians. Schiff made endless television appearances waxing hysterical about the Former President and his so-called involvement with a secret plot to utilize Russia’s influence over U.S. elections, based solely on the evidence contained in the now-debunked Steele Dossier.
However, as is always the case with liberals, no retraction, apology, or even acknowledgement was necessary after the Steele Dossier was exposed as a useless rag of false information and lies. Schiff simply carried on usual, singing the same old tune about Trump’s conspiracy with the Russians, without any mention of the lies he peddled in the years prior.
Tuesday was not one of those days.
Ortagus called out Schiff for his “prolific” role in promoting the contents of Steele’s Dossier, asking him if he had any regrets given that Steele’s main source was indicted by the FBI for lying.
Schiff responded by immediately attacking Donald Trump even though his name was never mentioned. This is a common tactic you’ll see from liberals with Trump Derangement Syndrome: ignore the pertinent information and go straight to the baseless anti-Trump attacks to deflect from their moot points.
He also threw in some now-debunked Russia conspiracy theories about the Former President.
Schiff refused to accept the premise of Ortagus’ question and claimed that it was “impossible” to “have foreseen in advance that some people were lying to Christopher Steele” about political gossip.
Schiff even made an hilarious racy slip-up during his horrendous monologue. Referring to a so-called insurrection orchestrated by Donald Trump, Schiff referred to the event as an “erection.”
HAHA.
The heated exchange culminated when Ortagus said without any hesitation was that Schiff’s credibility was destroyed with the American people, a truly iconic moment in TV history.
