Biden Lied To Coverup Document Scandal, Here’s How

The Department of Justice (DOJ) was allegedly lied to in November by President Joe Biden’s personal lawyers regarding the storage of confidential papers at his Wilmington home.

The White House and DOJ reportedly decided to keep the issue from the American people soon after records at the Penn Biden Center were discovered on Nov. 2. It’s unclear why Biden’s private counsel began looking through his illegally stored records. The initial rationale or justification for the search has not been disclosed by the White House.

The Penn Biden Center was the only place where massive amounts of classified material were kept after their initial discovery on November 2, according to information provided to the DOJ by Biden’s personal attorneys, the New York Times reported on Sunday.

On December 20, Biden’s private attorneys discovered further caches at his garage, weeks after the initial discovery. Nevertheless, despite later pledges of complete transparency, the issue remained hidden from the general public.

The scandal was revealed to CBS News on January 9. According to reports, White House officials are concerned about how the classified document controversy involving Biden was revealed to the public after just a small number of White House and DOJ officials were aware of the infraction.

According to reports, Biden’s attorneys started searching his home again for additional secret documents after the scandal’s disclosure. On January 11 and 12, the searches were conducted and additional classified materials were found. At that time, the president had been determined to have handled 25 secret materials improperly.

The White House declared on January 14 that all searches for all classified materials had been finished, but it would not confirm whether any further sensitive information was in Biden’s personal possession in defiance of the law.

The DOJ then asked to conduct its own investigation of Biden’s residence after the new documents were discovered by Biden’s private attorneys. The president’s legal counsel concurred. Six additional papers with classified labeling were discovered during the DOJ’s investigation on Friday, according to Bob Bauer, the president’s private counsel. The discovery Friday adds to the roughly 25 classified materials that Biden’s personal attorneys discovered in recent weeks at both his home and the Penn Biden Center.

Following the ongoing disclosure of documents found in Biden’s possession, the DOJ is allegedly considering examining further Biden-related locations. It’s not clear if it applies to the president’s relatives, including James and Hunter.

While in California on Thursday, Biden asserted that there was “no there there” and that he has “no regrets” for handling the sensitive materials improperly. Just a few days before the midterm elections is when the classified documents were first discovered.

“I believe you’ll discover there is nothing there. I don’t feel guilty. I’m doing as the attorneys have requested that I do. T that is precisely what we are doing. There isn’t a there there,” he declared.
